"Doctor Sleeper" was released in 3855 theaters in North America on November 8, 2019 (Friday), with a box office of $5.24 million on the first day (including 1.5 million advance shows). Although the early box office was ahead of the "Desire Midway" released in the same period, However, the first day's box office was slightly worse than "The Battle of Midway". The film received another $5.2 million at the box office on November 9 (Saturday), which was nearly 40% higher than the first day after deducting the advance show. The total box office of the film was 14.1 million U.S. dollars for three days in North America. The box office of "Doctor Sleeper" was also lower than market expectations of about $25 million. The film’s box office in 68 overseas markets was US$13 million in the first week and US$27.1 million in the world’s first week.

The most boring and routine thriller of the year, The Shining Dog Tail Sequel, I almost fell asleep when I saw it, I can't believe it's 9012 and there will still be a director to make this kind of horror movie full of routines and no horror, I can fully guess the plot , the most interesting clips are all cut in the trailer, such as the elevator blood sea, the death stare of the strange twins, the ghost of the bathroom curtain and so on. As for the ghosts that Westerners are afraid of, curse the evil spirit Satan's supernatural abilities, they are completely insensitive. I really want to tell the horror film director that if the whole picture of the ghosts is released to the audience in advance, no matter how many jumpScares are added later, it will not be scary at all. Okay? Corn syrup blood or something is indistinguishable from a comedy.
