I finally finished the third part of my "Can't Watch Trilogy". If "To Wonderland" is a fog, "Knight of the Holy Grail" is a river, and "The Song of Songs" is a building block scattered all over the place. It's not so much what the film is looking for, it's more about depicting the loss itself. The personal style remains the same, but Terrence Malik ends the story in a popular context. Unfortunately, when the philosophical murmur is cut into this relatively typed story, the paranoia and relief of the characters are interpreted quite deliberately. . But compared with "Knight of the Holy Grail", this film gives the actors more performance space.
