If I hadn't insisted on watching the "Top Ten Films of the Year selected by the American Film Institute every year after 2010", I might not have paid attention to and watched this "One Night in Miami", which I was not very interested in. It turned out to be an adaptation of a stage play, no wonder the lines are written so powerfully. The main scene focuses on the hotel, a night of heated debate between four excellent black people.
