    Joe Mazzello was born on September 21, 1983 in Lane Baker   , New York, USA, and grew up in Hyde Park, New York. He attended Notre Dame Lourdes High School in high school. His parents ran a dance studio. He has an older sister, Mary, and a younger brother, John, both of whom have also appeared in movies. His father has three quarters of Italian descent and one quarter of German Jewish descent, and his mother is of Irish, Polish, and British descent. In 2001, well-known director Steven Allan Spielberg wrote a letter of recommendation to enter the Film and Television Production Department of the University of Southern California Academy of Film Arts.

    Performing Experience

    Joe Mazzello's first film and television work is broadcast in 1990 TV movie " unspeakable act ", he played in the play 1984 - One of the victims of a daycare director of cases of child sexual abuse 85 years in Miami   .     In 2002, Joseph played a guest role as Tony in the fifth season of the TV series "Providence"   . In 2003, he starred as Justin Lamond in the third season of the TV series " CSI--Crime Scene Investigation Season "   . In 2004, he played a guest role as Sean Stanley   in the second season of the TV series " Without a Trace " ; Prom date Peter in the movie " Raising Helen "   ; and played Scott in the TV movie "Driftwood"   . In 2006, he played Tripp in the movie "Inner Ghost"   . After graduating from the famous USC Film School with a degree in film and television production , Joseph continued his acting career while realizing his dream of being a director on the other.     Subsequently, Joseph passed the audition for the miniseries " The Pacific " produced by Steven Allan Spielberg , Tom Hanks , Gary Goetzman , Home Box Office , DreamWorks Animation SKG, Inc., and played one of the three protagonists in the film.
