The cool film is to punch to the flesh

People who like Matthew McConaughey may like his badness, as if there is an irresistible temptation in his bones, dangerous and charming.

"Gentlemen" is cool because it satisfies people's fantasy that they will be big and big if they want to do it. The suspense at the beginning of the film is set just right, making people enter "Oh, in the end, I still can't escape being destroyed by others". The trap, in the process of waiting for the...

This is a political metaphor that can find all the archetypes, not a pure crime film

I just watched this well-received blockbuster today. The director is a strong actor, but after watching it, it is very intriguing. Next, tell me how you feel.

The narrative technique of the film is not unique, but it is indeed very clever, but the outline of the whole story is too simple, and the average audience can guess it. But if you are concerned about the international situation, you will suddenly find that, oh, how to change each person to a different country is more...

      A great film from Guy

A flipping beautiful film to enjoy. It starts as if the protagonist is only fictional and as the story goes on, you kinda realising it ain't fictional and it is happening. The "script" was composed by a "journalist" and his only wish was to get money out of the whole situation. Didn't particularly enjoy all the Asian characters as they are too stereotypical. Did enjoy the fantastic performance from Colin Farrel which I think is the best in the film. Would definitely recommend the film. Enjoy...

      Guy Ritchie...forget it

It's almost 2021, and finally I can't help but start with "Gentlemen" [cover face] Gai Dao's new film, which I started to pay attention to at the beginning of the year, was not able to go to theaters because of the epidemic, and I don't know if I lost money this time, I lost money If you make Aladdin's second blood, you won't pay for the second secret agent, please ask gkd. Due to various reasons (the college entrance examination and so on), I avoided the first wave of popularity and...

      Watching "The Gentlemen"

This is a new movie released last year. The title seems to belong to a suave, polite drama, but it's not. It tells the story of drug dealer Mitch Pearson. Mickey started as a small gangster with a ruthless heart. After years of adventure, he gradually built his own cannabis empire. After becoming rich, his appearance, demeanor, and demeanor have naturally changed a lot. Raymond, his most powerful man, said: "He has become a gentleman now." Not only Mickey, but also Raymond, his rival...

Guys who are not stingy are the most ruthless Guys, and Guys who are politically incorrect are the most rambunctious Guys. Guy is well versed in the rules of the underground world of "golden belt of murder and arson". Come to China to make a version. Anyway, instead of imitating you with the "disciples and grandchildren" here, it is better to raise the banner...

Hugh Grant doing a camp cockney accent is something I never thought I needed or could have, but now I can't get enough of it....

It's my kind of food! ? Totally Guy Ritchie's "old game but better"! In my mind, Snatch and RocknRolla can already be beaten. If the original two old smoking guns were the arrogance of young bastards, this one is full of the romanticism of middle-aged and old bastards. Of course, in the background, there is a bit of righteous indignation and disdain that did not exist in the younger days, and it is a poignant irony. British society, or the stubborn disease of contemporary society, has been...

3.5 So this movie tells the story of Mr. Hugh Grant who loves Mr. Hunan deeply, but Mr. Hunan insists on following Mr. Matthew? [Da Fog, in fact, this is really a positive anti-drug propaganda film, a youth education film, cough cough; this is also a fan film, I ran up and emphasized that we are 2.35:1, why, 1.85:1 Should I be discriminated against? 2333, the life and death of the protagonist at the end is not the most important thing, but the sequel! This is also a Wagyu commercial; Teacher...

I thought it was Cantona who made a cameo appearance when Colin Farrell came on the scene. Using the means of Hugh Grant's script reading session, Guy Ritchie brought the audience a film with such a standard cover, and the fun has been flipped. Why are you still not satisfied? No more brain-addicted parallel coincidences? Indeed, the characters and actions given to these big names are far less impressive than the big smoking guns of Xiao Gaishi. After a month, I guess I only remember the...

    Evaluation action

"Gentlemen" can play a multi-line narrative, shooting each scene, different confrontation methods, and different characters with different tastes. Obviously, it is not an easy task. This is a gangster movie that rediscovers Guy Ritchie's traditional style, a movie that relies on small passages to advance continuously. (The Paper Review)
"Gentlemen" incorporates Guy Ritchie's iconic crazy tortuous storyline design, plus profane language...

    Movie quotes

    • Ernie: Did he just call me a black cunt?

      Coach: Yes, he did.

Ernie: He can't do that. That's racist.

Coach: But you are black and you are a cunt, Ernie. Those are the facts. I don't think Primetime cares what race you run in.

Ernie: The fact that I'm black has nothing to do with the fact I'm a cunt.

Coach: He didn't say black people were cunts, Ernie. He was being specific to you. One has nothing to do with the other. And I'd go a step further and say it was a term of affection.

      Ernie: Primetime's a Gypsy. I wouldn't call him a pikey cunt.

Coach: Why not? He might be very understanding. Only if it comes from a place of love, of course.

    • Fletcher: Can I come with you?

Raymond: No, but you can go smoke the exhaust pipe in the back of your hearse.

Fletcher: I might come anyway. You'll just hear me scratching about in the dark, wanking into a hanky.

    • Raymond: I don't build a joint like the Americans in the new school. Back strapping, jock strap and coke wrapping all that bollocks. I like a good old fashioned 50/50 mix me that's how we used to play.
