      helpless heart

Love the camera angles, the color of the picture, the good background music - and Robert Downey Jr. and Jamie Foxx did a great job.

I just love these kinds of lines.

Watching Nathaniel played by Jamie, even in order to get his beloved cello, he refused to enter the mental asylum-LAMP.

At night, Nathaniel invites Steve to sleep with him on the streets of the slum block where LAMP is located - the surroundings are chaotic, crowded, cold, and violent. The camera skips...

Repeated waves but returned to calm

I didn't know until I watched the movie that it was the work of Joe White, the director of Pride and Prejudice, which I liked so much. Of course, just like I usually don't choose singers when listening to songs, I never choose directors or actors when watching movies. What I'm trying to say is that I mention the director because I don't see much aesthetic from The Soloist.
Maybe my request is a bit too much, because there are two different stories, and one is about love, the other is about...

      The fate of the poet

Poets are not narrowly written poets.
They are people who risk the destruction of worldly life and experience peak (ecstasy) experiences, just like "soloists."

      Soloist (poet):
You can be his friend, but you can't hold the throat of his own destiny for him.
      Modernity destroys genius.
Urban hermits capture accidents in the deterministic city.
He loves everything, he loves everyone, and is afraid of the apartment; he has great love and becomes the love of God....

      not what i imagined

Out of love for the two leading actors, I have been looking forward to this movie. After watching it, it's not what I imagined. His theme is not about a wandering talented violinist Ruhou walking on the big stage, but about the relationship between people Strong shock. In order to find the story, the columnist met the homeless musician and helped him step by step, but finally the homeless became dependent on him. At this time, the theme of the story emerged. Love is a complex feeling that...

      complex movie

The plot is simple, but the content is complex.
Does Els really have a mental illness, yes or no. Sometimes I even feel like he's running away from the problem by losing his mental control. At first, I saw Lopez muttering nervously, getting a cello and a house when encountering key problems, and acting rationally and in line with his own interests.

Does Lopez really want to help Els, yes or no. At first he called the music school to check if the student was there. The school told...

Three and a half. Joe Wright still likes to add too much of his arthouse cinematography to such an American-made film, which has ruined Atonement, and nearly ruined it this time. Advantages: The story is indeed quite moving, and Bright Tail tells us that there is still true love in the world. ....

    Background creation

In terms of director selection, the film crew accepted the suggestion of Schneider, the CEO of DreamWorks, and chose the 36-year-old British director Joe White to be the director of the film.
Joe White had never made a movie in the United States before, so the opportunity to present the face of Los Angeles with a fresh visual aroused his interest. Before signing the contract, Joe White flew to Los Angeles to discuss the script in more...

    Evaluation action

Joe White put the true story on the screen, and let two actors who are good at performing literary comedy teach everyone a lesson: if you don't abandon life, life will not abandon you . (Tencent Entertainment Review)
"The Soloist" obviously belongs to the "Olympic bidding film" of the "Commitment" section. Although the film quality cannot be judged by the old story of the story, the problem with "The Soloist" is that it wants to deal...

Steve Lopez: "Points West" by Steve Lopez. A year ago, I met a man who was down on his luck and thought I might be able to help him. I don't know that I have. Yes, my friend Mr. Ayers now sleeps inside. He has a key. He has a bed. But his mental state and his well-being, are as precarious now as they were the day we met. There are people who tell me I've helped him. Mental health experts who say that the simple act of being someone's friend can change his brain chemistry, improve his functioning in the world. I can't speak for Mr. Ayers in that regard. Maybe our friendship has helped him. But maybe not. I can, however, speak for myself. I can tell you that by witnessing Mr. Ayers's courage, his humility, his faith in the power of his art, I've learned the dignity of being loyal to something you believe in, of holding onto it. Above all else, of believing, without question, that it will carry you home.
