The archive's July 2019 film list seems to have been missed due to shooting on that day. But in terms of film quality, it can be called "but that's all". In the context of post-war reconstruction, narratives will inevitably be purposeful, and they tend to show technology and charm while ignoring narrative and rhythm. I am quite surprised that these films can survive to this day. Just to take one example, "Metropolis", which was released 25 years ago, truly achieved the meaning of transcending the times.
