It's great to see Hammer Film Productions, which has been closed for many years, re-energized, continuing the style of their gothic horror films in the 50s and 70s. Watching in theaters is full of shock, but shock does not mean the story is good. And the domestic release version deleted the last half-minute "Happy Ending", making it an ambiguous and plausible ending.
