Just wait for David Fincher

My motivation for watching this film was to prepare for the upcoming remake of David Fincher's film. I like to watch remakes, and I especially like to watch the originals first and then the remakes. The order is very important. If you watch the remakes and then go back and watch the originals, for some reason, this interest will diminish. It's as if I've watched Jolie and Depp's "The Deadly Journey" before, and then I've watched Sophie Marceau's "Get Away" and it feels a little boring.

There is no doubt that the biggest attraction of the film is the heroine. This girl really doesn't make people catch a cold at first. She looks too bad, and her figure is too bad. The shriveled breasts are expected to make poor breast control people feel uncomfortable. But gradually the characters' personalities were revealed, and I felt more and more pity for the girl. In the end, like the male protagonist, I felt it was good to have such a girl by my side.

I like this kind of movie that involves religion or totalitarianism behind the conspiracy, and my favorite among the themes I have seen is Naoki Urasawa's manga "Monster", this work is the ultimate in this kind of theme , I hope a great god can put it on the screen.

After watching this one, I am not too interested in the other two films, just wait for David Fincher.

The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo quotes

  • Mikael Blomkvist: What has happened to you? How did you turn out this way? You know everything about me. I don't know shit about you. Not a damn thing.

Lisbeth Salander: That's the way it is.

  • Mikael Blomkvist: I would have never done it, Lisbeth, but I understand why you did. I don't know what you have experienced, but I was about to die in that cellar, and you saved my life. Whatever you have seen, you don't need to tell me. I'm just happy that you're here.
