winner

A heartwarming film! While I couldn't help cheering and cheering for Jimmy, I was also worried about Jimmy's safety, my palms were sweating, and I had the same feeling when watching the Warriors. Great films can always inspire, indulge and move people. Jimmy is not afraid of hardships and dangers, with a confidence and determination. Taking on the responsibility of a man, doing his best, fighting with his life and destiny, he is burning his own life every moment, every minute, every second on the court, illuminating the way of others, and giving those People during the Great Depression brought a glimmer of hope. As Jimmy's agent Joe said, "Whether you win or lose, you are a winner." He wins by never giving up, and winning by constantly fighting. Jimmy is the clear winner.

I thought it was because Renee Zellweger always had an untimely winking expression. But Russell played really well. Every time he sees a punch, it seems to hit my heart>_<

The same director, the same actor, not as good as the beautiful mind, it may be the relationship of the script

Cinderella Man quotes

  • Jimmy Johnston: Right here. Editorial says this fight is good as murder, and everybody associated with it should be hauled into court and prosecuted afterwords. They say the paper's gettin' all sorts of letters from people saying you're their inspiration - like you saved their lives or somethin'. If you ask me, it's a lotta crap... but if I'm gonna promote this fight, I'm not gettin' hung out to dry if somethin' happens to you.

Joe Gould: [sarcastically] Ah, you're all heart.

Jimmy Johnston: My heart's for my family, Joe, my brains and my balls are for business and this is business. You got me?

    Joe Gould: Gotcha.

  • Joe Gould: You're all heart.

Jimmy Johnston: My heart is for my family. My brains and my balls are for business.
