When you are used to 3D animation, it becomes difficult to appreciate 2D animation, but as an Oscar nominee for best animation work, there must be something impressive. The first is to recreate the story of the frog prince. The kiss did not make the frog into a prince, but made the princess into a frog. The princess is not a real princess, but a black maid. The second is to discard most of the fairy tales. On the relatively utilitarian side, it emphasizes that obtaining true love itself is more important than the identity and related interests of the prince and princess. The details of life-like family affection, friendship and pursuit of ideals are also resonant. The third is the excellent musical choreography, as if Bring back the pinnacle of 2D animation in the last century.
