Do you still dare to love?

I love this movie. Interestingly, the original story of the film is Swedish writer John Ajvide Lindqvis, who is from the same country as Karl Stig-Erland Larsson, author of The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo.
What they have in common is this: little girls who shaped complex childhoods. One was a vampire, and the other was a traumatized, violent, but intelligent child.
Childhood affects a person's life. Someone, for example, can never understand a mother's love for her child. She even refuses to read any blogs about her children's growth recorded by mothers and fathers - she is always jealous of that love.
In "Let me in", Abby, a 12-year-old charming vampire, has no parents, she can only get love from her lover - she is forever young, her lover becomes her "father", he is willing to take care of her, for She kills, gets blood, and makes Abby drink her own blood before she dies. He loves him and he uses his life to extend her life. Love is a sin, but love is thorough and there is no reason for love.
But love is also selfish, self. Because, Abby "empathy not love."
12-year-old Owen probably doesn't understand what love is, but there is no love in his family. His parents divorced and he was bullied by his classmates. He fell in love with Abby, and Abby's love made him as strong as a man, even if she was a vampire, but she was his hope, his soul... He took her to wander.
And the person you love, even if he/she is a vampire,
wandering forever...

If, I am a vampier..
--- Do you still dare to love? Will you take me wandering like Owen?
Of course, there are no ifs in life.
