The US version is pretty good, not inferior to the BBC version

I really like the setting that Moriaty and Irene are the same person. Not only does it explain the plot reasonably, but it also fulfills the BBC's desire to like both Irene and Moriaty, and hope that Sherlock will be with them both. There is also this version of the female Watson, who has a distinct personality. She is no longer Sherlock's little sidekick but a handsome detective who can think independently and has a high emotional intelligence.
Why are you so obsessed with being faithful to the original book or comparing it to the BBC, they just wrote a detective story and borrowed a few names.
