Old men tease, ignorant girls are deceived, is it like this?

I have read the original book, but I haven't seen other film and television adaptations of Jane Eyre. For those who don't know much about film art, I can tell you my intuitive feeling after watching this film.
For a 2-hour movie to express the original work, the choice of plot must be done. I understand this. But the essence of the rest of the trouble should let the audience understand the emotional collision and development between Jane Eyre and Rochester!
But after watching this movie, I only saw a girl who was indifferent to the world. She had never had contact with a man. Then she went to a strange place and had several contacts with a man. The man showed a vague goodwill towards her. Plus she was involved in a man's secret, and she fell in love!
Is this Jane Eyre who is also equal at the feet of God?
What, isn't this an old-fashioned plot of an ignorant girl being deceived by an old man's provocation?
Could the director please pay attention to the rendering of the details? At least let us believe that Jane Eyre is not a woman who has never been in contact with a man, but when she is in contact with a man, she is dying to fall in love with her, okay?
it is good! ?

    Every girl loves Jane Eyre.

How many roads a woman has to run to get closer to her ideal self; how much fire a man has to burn before she can learn to love again; the butler Fairfax is unprecedentedly rich and subtle, and Judy Dench really suppressed the field; Mia Wasikowska still carried Alice's one. Face suspicion formed a wonderful intertextual relationship; flashbacks from Jane Eyre's departure provide a new perspective.

Jane Eyre quotes

  • Mrs. Fairfax: No one knows how it started. I expect that Mrs. Poole took too much of the Gin and water as she slept the lady, Mrs. Rochester, unlocked the keys. She did what she failed to do a year ago, set the whole place to fire. We would have all perished in the smoke but Mister Rochester would not rest until we were all safe. Then he went in for her. The flames were tearing up so high it brought men running from the village. I saw her standing on the roof, the very edge. I heard Mister Rochester beg her to come down but she jumped. Mister Rochester remained as if he would not move until the fire consumed him.

  • [last lines]

    Rochester: [sightless] Who's there?

    Jane Eyre: [takes his hand]

    Rochester: This hand.

    [touching her face]

    Rochester: Jane Eyre. Jane Eyre.

Jane Eyre: Edward, I am come back to you... Fairfax Rochester with nothing to say?

Rochester: You're altogether a human being Jane.

Jane Eyre: I conscientiously believe so.

    Rochester: [passionate kiss] I dream.

    Jane Eyre: Awaken then.

    [they embrace]
