British leaders who like to vote

Churchill once ridiculed: If the British are allowed to engage in socialism in the Soviet Union, a better world situation should emerge, not because the British are smart, but because the British do not like to go to extremes. Just like this film, the British military action, the glass heart of the entire bureaucracy, is not as free and easy and firm as the American leader in dealing with terrorist attacks, but makes the audience who likes instant results anxious beside the screen. British people with such a character, in the modern society with high-speed information, although they cannot achieve great things, they also avoid making big mistakes. The Brexit referendum should be a reality. Fortunately, there is no referendum on military strikes in the film.
