I haven't seen the Korean version, but I will give some thoughts on the American version. The whole drama is full of heart-warming actors. The acting is impeccable. The BGM is good to hear the explosion.
Everyone's image stands up
The five interns have their own characteristics. Murphy is too cute. Claire is too kind, but she is deceived by her mother again and again. Sometimes even a bit irritable. Morgan hates it, but I think she's miserable. Both parents are doctors, so I have to stay. I have to be such a bitch. The enemy will slowly change his mind and get back together with Jessica. This is a great couple. Andrews has always wanted to be the director, but after watching the whole drama, his popularity in the hospital is quite good. I cried and finally said that it was great that a brain tumor could be cured. Actually, he always regarded Murphy as his son. Murphy was so lucky to have met such a person.
Steve's actor is so good-looking, shows maturity that doesn't fit his age, and teaches Murphy how to behave
