The film, titled "The Postman," tells the story of a postman from an Italian island and the Chilean poet Neruda because of his poetry. What is more special is that the title of the film shows the popularity of the famous Neruda. For example, it is not called "One Year with Neruda", "Neruda and Me", and the cover does not even have Neruda's name. It still shows the tonality of his literary film.
The whole movie revolves around the theme of "poetry". I remember watching another Korean movie that is also related to poetry. The name of the movie is "Poetry". Although in the end she chose to end her life.
The similar ending of the protagonists of the two films is actually just a coincidence, and the title is abrupt.
It is not so much that being close to poetry becomes unfortunate, it is that unfortunate people choose poetry. Throughout the ages, successful poets have mostly been frustrated.
