If this is not love

Woody Allen appears in the film with the fewest characters and the singlest storyline.

But you can never get rid of Kate Winslet's beauty, frozen in time, and able to see the beauty of youth and old age at the same time. Ginny's own ramble, perfectly executed by Kate, shot and colour.

Film, literature, art and love are the rights of young people. Cooking, washing dishes, arguing, smoking and drinking are just the daily routines of married people.

Life is nothing but trying, failing, receiving. Just like it is difficult for us to change the course of the river. Love is nothing but the moment when I love you, a moment, an eighth of a second.

Disappearing people are like never appearing.

The mediocre part of the old man's career, the boring plot, the clichéd feelings, the complicated colors and fat temperature of the stage play seem to have become not many highlights.

NYFF55 Sneak Peek. My goddess Wen and the old man were both present. The closing scene was worth it! The old man knocked on the blackboard and taught us to interpret photography with Eugene O'Neill's ideas. The wonderful high-saturation and vivid picture The Wonder Wheel at the opening is a close-up of the transformation of light and shadow. The half-face is different from the past, which effectively increases the tension and potential conflict of the scene. The plot is still as exaggerated as expected, but the goddess Wen has played the subtle darkness and nervousness!

Wonder Wheel quotes

  • Mickey: Jesus, what a sheltered life I've led. I have book knowledge but you've really tasted life.

Carolina: You've been round the world.

Mickey: Yeah, but you've been around the block. You think you'll always be looking over your shoulder?

Carolina: Everybody dies, you can't walk around thinking about it.

Mickey: You're talking to a lifeguard.

  • Ginny: Oh, God. Don't tell me you got me a present.

Carolina: How often do you turn 40? It's a milestone!

    Ginny: It's a tombstone!
