Compared with the original novel, the film has changed a lot. The details and foreshadowing are much less, the protagonist's professional functions and survival skills are weak, the inner emotional world is thin, and the secondary line with the ex-wife is basically gone. The heroine is so strong that it's almost composed. Emotions go to the physical relationship without much preparation, and there is no difficulty in getting out of danger. The final half an hour is actually unnecessary. The flaw of the movie is to simplify and beautify the reality, which is boring. There is also a problem with casting. The black man is old in the snow, and the hero and the heroine do not have any chemical reactions.
