Are the people in the town going to be brainwashed every year?

It doesn't make sense, the town is so big, (I feel oh) You said that if a few people die every year, can we not know, there will always be someone who knows who died.
No one knows that! When you go shopping for groceries, go to the station, go to the park, you meet familiar people they don't know, even passers-by who witnessed the murder.
Explain what? It shows that the memory of living here is actually all intermittent, and the people in the town are brainwashed every year! What a tragedy, what do they remember? . .
