"Spider-Man": The greater the ability, the greater the responsibility

I saw it completely a few years ago, and it was shocking to me at the time. Because I have to finish watching the "Spider-Man" series, and because of the long time or too many movies, I can't remember some of the plots clearly, so I watched the first "Spider-Man" again.

After reading it, it still feels "shocked", and it is quite beautiful. Because it was the second time I watched it, I have a deeper understanding of the theme of the movie. Yes, it means "the greater the ability, the greater the responsibility".

I think the whole film is perfect. There are various elements of commercial films, conspiracy, fighting, big special effects, big scenes, romantic plots like romance films, and not too deep, but rather educational themes, accompanied by descriptions of family affection. There should be something, can such a film look bad?

The director's shooting techniques are also very modern. When I say modern, I mean the lens use that is closer to modern movies. I am not a professional. I can only say that in the process of watching a movie, I feel that the lens gives people a very wide field of vision. Many scenes are depicted in a panoramic style. It is much more comfortable than the 70s movies I watched recently.

The director of the film did not make such a comic-based superhero film into an animated popcorn movie, which was very brainstorming. Putting aside the element of "Spider-Man", any element in the film is taken out and put in other films, it is very good. I am very impressed by the ability of Hollywood choreographers.

In my mind, among the films I have watched, only this one and "Batman 2: The Dark Knight" are very successful adaptations. Make superhero action movies sublimate to a certain height.

I like the male and female protagonists of the film very much. Toby Maguire’s performance is very restrained, and he likes his "Pentium Age" very much. Needless to say, the heroine is a female genius with both beauty and acting skills. The supporting role is also a very good actor. There are two handsome boys, James, and William Dafoe, who eats both pros and cons, is an acting school.

It turns out that action movies can also be very deep. Sam Remy does have a hand.

Spider-Man quotes

  • Uncle Ben: I don't mean to lecture and I don't mean to preach. And I know I'm not your father...

Peter Parker: Then stop pretending to be!

  • Peter Parker: Hey, it's me again!

    Mary Jane: Hey!

Peter Parker: How was your audition?

    Mary Jane: How'd you know?

Peter Parker: The hotline. Your mom, told my aunt, told me.

Mary Jane: So you just came by?

Peter Parker: I was in the neighborhood, needed to see a friendly face. I took three buses and a cab to *get* in the neighborhood, but... So how'd it go?

Mary Jane: [wryly] Oh. They said I needed acting lessons. A *soap opera* told me I needed acting lessons.

Peter Parker: Lemme buy you a cheeseburger. The sky's the limit, up to seven dollars... and eighty-four cents.

Mary Jane: [laughs] I'd like a cheeseburger. Oh, but I'm going out to dinner with Harry.

    [pause]

    Mary Jane: Come with us.

Peter Parker: No thanks. How's it going with...

    [Mary Jane looks down]

Peter Parker: Never mind, it's none of my business.

Mary Jane: It's not? Why so interested?

    Peter Parker: I'm not.

    Mary Jane: You're not?

Peter Parker: Well... Why would I be?

Mary Jane: [playfully] I dunno. Why would you be?

Peter Parker: [smiles, not knowing what to say] I dunno.

Mary Jane: Sorry you won't come with us. I better run, Tiger.
