Two young people with dreams of belonging to different social classes-one is the spoiled daughter of a rich family (Nicole Kidman) and the other is a humble but aspiring golden boy (Tom Cruise) who travels across oceans in pursuit of their dreams The plot made me vaguely think of "Titanic", which was released 4 years later, which swept the global box office. From the plot point of view, the former story is richer, the fate of the characters is more tortuous, and the historical background is more profound, but obviously the disadvantages in investment, production, and publicity make it impossible to be as successful as the latter.

I have always felt that Tom and Nicole Kidman are not worthy, but what I saw in this film is all about the love and match between the two 20 years ago. (Brother Tang still shows that he has nothing to do and takes off his clothes, his upper body is so short!! But his butt is really upright.)
