Eternity in pursuit

The weird plot can be seen as a way for the director to choose to express the main idea. From the translation of ghost fans or ghost birthmarks, it can also be seen that the audience is still receptive to bizarre elements. The director should be talking about a kind of eternity, the protagonist's paranoid pursuit is such a thing, eternity cannot be explained and cannot get rid of. The ghost of his wife linger around him is an attractive place for plot development, and his own pursuit of eternity is the driving force of the story from beginning to end. What do people generally talk about in this age of material desire? That's instant happiness. Those Don Quixote-style spiritual pursuits have lost the soil for survival. They are not demanding. We are indeed not free. Perhaps the pursuit of eternity is something that is unclear at the end. It is obviously not satisfying to find out the truth in the film. The director gave the audience a gratifying answer, an eternal crystallization, the continuation of life.
