Who is the one who saved you

"Sixth Sense" is one of the best horror movies I have ever watched. In addition, I am more resistant to European and American horror movies. Because I hate blood and killing, hate metamorphosis and nausea.

One day I randomly found a "Passenger" on the computer. Sugar Daddy had watched it. He first told me that it was a horror movie, and then immediately corrected it and said it was a thriller.
This is the least like a horror movie. It didn't scare me from start to finish, but it moved me very much.

A good movie will always make you think something thoughtfully after you watch it, and sometimes it will even linger in your mind very inadvertently for a few days.

The question it leaves me is: between life and death, we need the person who draws you.

When watching the filming footage of Christoph's "Seventy Years Back in Time" some time ago, the former "Superman" told a personal experience of him: he experienced another plane crash after falling from a horse and was paralyzed. He felt The soul and the body were separated, and he floated in the air to see the doctors trying their best to rescue his "physical body". This feeling lasted only tens of seconds. Although he finally returned to his body, it felt very realistic. Probably this is the near-death experience.

However, the movie "Passenger" is not telling us how it feels to be near death, but how people accept the reality of death. In other words, quite a few people do not know that they are dead after death (the same is true for the male protagonist in "Sixth Sense"). Generally speaking, this is because their obsessions during their lifetime are too strong and extend to after death. So how to make them believe that they are already "dead"? This is also the warmth part of this film. If you really cross the boundary of life and death, people who passed away will come to attract you: mentor, aunt, grandfather, parents, and even the dog you loved the most when you were young. They still live with you as if they were in the world. You have no doubt about your identity as a "human", and you seem to have forgotten their deaths. When you really find yourself in heaven, there is no fear and helplessness, but in your heart. Suddenly, death seems to be the same as life, and even warmer. This is probably heaven.

I am very willing that this is true, because it makes death look not terrible, and even has a little ease and beauty.

Then I watched "Small Island Cry" again. Everyone praised Nicole's high acting skills. In fact, it is higher than "Passenger" in terms of actor's acting skills, film structure content or degree of horror. But I still like "Passenger". This is probably also because I was watching this film in time for the Air France plane crash. The film made me have real fears and regrets about the experience of the passengers who died. I prefer to take this feeling as a condolences to them.

At the same time, I am also willing to believe that our once great "Superman" Christoph and Mike Jackson were once "attracted" by warmth and beauty when they passed away. I am not a fan of any of them, but they have appeared in my past years and have penetrated into our lives for a long time.

Therefore, their departure is actually our death in a certain period of time in the past.

The clue distribution and recycling are not done well (forget it, admit it, you just came to see Mr. Pa). 2013-05-09 I want to see | Ahem, I saw someone in the film review who wanted to slap the male protagonist and add a few words... The front is quite annoying, but at a critical moment, how rare it is to care for others calmly. | Read it again, still too far-fetched.

Passengers quotes

  • Claire Summers: "The truth heals." Who said that?

Perry: I don't know. Some dead, white guy.

    Claire Summers: No. You.

  • Eric: What is scary about commitment is that your life becomes real. It is not a plan, it is not what you had hoped for - it is real.
