Saints have a past, sinners have a future

I don't want to spoil this movie.

To be honest, this is not one of Amenabar's best movies. The suspense is not as deep as Kojima Cry, the depth is not as deep as the city square, and the creativity is not as good as death essays and closing your eyes. But I really like the idea of this film.

If you are accustomed to watching regular sinners, cursed good people go to heaven, and they are framed in the end, you will find that this movie is very real and true, although it has so many things. The lens is a little bit dramatic, bold and even uncomfortable, but what it wants to tell is a story that may happen to each of us at any time. It is ordinary and makes people more helpless.

There are no sinners. If yes, please look into the mirror. There is no redeemer, not only because no one is God, but also because maybe others are more willing to save themselves. The boundary between good and evil may have disappeared in the last scene, in the light beams passing through the windows of the dark court hall.

Even so, as a suspense film, in fact, the timing of the suspense setting and shaking out is not very good, and the brewing time is too long, but suddenly it loses the difficulty of guessing, and it smashes. Some details are sloppy. I hope that more references to the culture of this small town can be used to make the film more authentic.

The final soundtrack is very good.

that's all.
