Both "The Walking Dead" and "Zombie Nation" are relatively well-known zombie TV series in recent years, and some fans of "The Walking Dead" have a bad impression of "Zombie Nation" because of the big difference in style between the two shows, or Doubt, then I will talk about my views on the two dramas below.
First of all, I declare that I am indeed a fan of zombie films, but because I still couldn't accept heavy tastes in the past few years, I watched less of these films and dramas. When writing this article, I only completed the first season of "The Walking Dead" and the first episode of "Zombie Nation", so I mainly compared the first episode of the two shows.
From the themes, look at "The Walking Dead" (hereinafter referred to as wd) and "Zombie Kingdom" (hereinafter referred to as zn).
From the narrative point of view, wd started with Rick meeting Lolita the walking dead. The gradual progress of this plot clearly manifests the slow, gloomy and tense atmosphere, which sets the tone for the narrative style of the entire episode. And the following plot lays the overall style for the whole series. The intersection of Rick and Morgan and his son set the tone for the whole series. In the first episode, except for the last Rick’s distress, the main plot point of the most tense and whole episode is the episode that Morgan used to target his wife. It is obvious from this plot that the theme of this drama is human nature.
From the screen, there is nothing remarkable about the audiovisual language of wd in the first episode. Because this episode focuses on explaining human nature compared to zombies, the language of the scene is calmer.
The difference between zn and this play can be seen from the beginning. Through fast-paced editing, a brief introduction to the world view, followed by team battles with zombies, and human trials. From the beginning, compared with the slow heat of wd, zn started with a tense and exciting plot. It can be clearly seen that zn is more like an ordinary Hollywood blockbuster than wd. The climax of this episode is Hammond and baby zombies. Throughout the episode, you remember what you watched, and you remember a few more exciting scenes and plots, but you can't get deeper things. Do you ask about the theme of this show? God cares so much, it's a good time to see it.
The images of the two works are darker, but they are obviously more vibrant than wd zn. The fast-paced editing at the beginning, the constant chucking and slashing battles, compared to the slow heat of wd, zn is more eye-catching. addiction. Through the first episode, we can see that wd focuses more on narrative. And the main line of the two works is also roughly expressed in the first episode, wd focuses on survival, and zn focuses on saving the world. Compared with the connotation, zn is certainly not as good as wd, which is a standard Hollywood story mode. And zn is digging deeper in this model.
Finally, the highlights of these two works. Wd's obvious thing is through exploring human nature in this apocalyptic background, and the great thing about this work is the first successful zombie TV series, and the connotation of the work can also be gradually realized. Compared with wd, zn places more emphasis on innovation on zombies. The baby zombies and the zombie storm in the first episode are more imaginative. Although some people think it is nonsense, but I just like this kind of messy stuff.
Both "The Walking Dead" and "Zombie Kingdom" are very good zombie TV series, but if I had to choose one among them, I would choose the latter. Whether it's a blood-splattered action scene or an imaginative zombie, at least I like "Zombie Nation" more than the spectator.

Feeling can. The fast-paced is more enjoyable, plus the comedy, the lines are funny, and Murphy's bug setting is a cool text in a zombie movie. Some logical problems that are difficult to self-consistent, and the love between mothers and fathers are still tolerable. I prefer the less-spoken and pragmatic brother 10,000 and the citizen z who is squatting in the North Pole.
