He is just a child, I should blow up his family.

"Bidder Rabbit" is an adult-oriented cartoon from the very beginning, but a live-action animation.

Movies are rated PG, meaning: it is recommended to watch with parents. Some shots may make children feel uncomfortable, or some content may not be suitable for children to watch.

The Pettus family originally lived in the farmland, but later Mr. McGregor invaded the farmland, built a fence, and drove the Pettu family out of the farmland.

Bey, the girl next door, is the only one who treats Pete's family friendly.

Faced with the death of his relatives and the loss of his home, Pete Rabbit launched an attack on the old Mr. McGregor and his nephew Thomas in an attempt to seize the home.

The movie is full of metaphors. The Rabbit represents the bear child, and Baye represents the parent who protects the bear child.

Of course, this is just an analogy. In fact, Bay and Pete Rabbit are not a mother-child relationship.

Pete Rabbit went to the vegetable garden to steal vegetables many times and messed up Thomas's house with the little animals. Instead of stopping Pete Rabbit, Bey told Thomas not to close the door of the vegetable garden.

When Petr Rabbit ruined Bey's painting, Bey angrily drove Petr Rabbit away, even though Thomas blamed Petr Rabbit on it.

It is equivalent to the destruction of the bear child, the parents do not criticize the bear child, but let the victim let the bear child.

When the bear child finally hurts himself, the parents will punish him.

It’s not oneself who is hurt, so indifferent; when you are hurt, you have to make the other party pay the price, which is too double standard.

It is precisely because of this kind of parents that this kind of bear children will be cultivated; in turn, it is still true that there are kind of parents of the kind of bear children.

The reason why the bear child tricks or treats is because he doesn't know what harm it can do. This may be because the parent did not tell the child about the harm of mischief, or it may be that the parent did not punish the child after the child mischievous, so that he will remember the child and stop him from making trouble in the future.

Many parents believe that cartoons are childish and young, and they must spread positive energy and promote truth, goodness and beauty. There must be no bloody violence, no evil and overwhelming righteousness.

Therefore, the children now have to watch "Pleasant Goat and Big Big Wolf" grow up.

In fact, such as "Naruto", "One Piece" and "Conan", which parents think are not suitable for children to watch, they are really excellent cartoons.

Of course, it is not right to just let the children see, because the children do not have the ability to distinguish between good and evil, and more importantly, how parents teach.

In the second episode of the fourth season of "Black Mirror", the mother used the "Ark Angel" program to selectively shield the child's senses.

The mother did not educate her daughter about violence, sex, gambling, and drugs, but instead arbitrarily closed her daughter's senses, leaving her completely ignorant of these things.

Even the daughter doesn't even understand blood. So, in order to know what blood is, the daughter chose to self-mutilate...

It is impossible for children to suddenly understand what violence, sex, gambling, drugs, etc. are when they are 18 years old. The more they don’t show it to them, the more curious they become.

Those so-called "unsuitable for children" should be educated more than prohibited, at least let the children know what they are and at least have the ability to discern.

What parents should do is not to completely prohibit the child from understanding, but to tell the child what is right and what is wrong.

So in my opinion, the key is not whether a cartoon is suitable for children to watch, the key is whether parents can properly guide and educate children.

In Pete Rabbit, Pete Rabbit is very dark-bellied. He will use traps and rakes against Thomas, use fruit to hit Thomas's body, use explosives to plant and blame Thomas, and shock Thomas... he can be called Yang Yongxin in the rabbit world. .

The plot and laughter of the movie are also more adult-oriented, only adults can understand.

Old McGregor ate Pete Rabbit’s father, Thomas tried to electrocute the little animals, and blow up Pete Rabbit’s family. These bridges all meant that the cartoon’s lovely shell was wrapped in a dark core.

Of course, whether it is dark or adult-oriented, this is just the style of the movie.

If I have to say how good or bad this style is, I am more inclined to "good".

When children watch "Pleasant Goat and Big Big Wolf" every day, they will mistakenly think that the world is always beautiful, and the bad guys (Big Big Wolf) are mentally retarded and not terrible at all.

In Pete Rabbit, Pete Rabbit was holding the remote control and accidentally touched the button. As a result, he broke the trees, not only ruining his own family, but also destroying Bey’s paintings, indicating that mischief is very harmful. Big, dangerous things should not be touched, because carelessness will have serious consequences.

Today's bear kids scribble on historical sites, pour drinks on other people's pianos, scratch other people's cars... largely because their parents are too spoiled.

Bey mistakenly thought that Pete Rabbit had ruined her painting and drove Pete Rabbit away;

Bey mistakenly thought that Thomas had blown up the tree, so he broke up with Thomas.

These are the costs of making mistakes.

If Bey can treat all the same people and compare the rabbits so harshly from the beginning, it won't make things worse. Regrettably, she has a double standard. When the interests of others are damaged, she is indifferent; only when her own interests are violated can she make a difference.

How many bear kids like Pete Bunny around us, mischievous and think they are right;

How many parents like Baye’s children are mischievous and think it’s the victim's fault: You are an adult, but he is only a child, you should let him.

So I fully understand Thomas’ feelings: Yes, he is just a child, I shouldn’t scold him, I should blow up his family with explosives!

It is worth noting that in real life, if others seize your home and kill your relatives, you will be punished by law, and you can also call the police.

But Pettu was robbed of his home and killed his relatives. There was no channel for complaints and no way to report the crime.

More importantly, he was unable to reason with old McGregor and Thomas, nor did he have the right to receive education. If you don't snatch the vegetable garden back through violent means, you can only suffer a dumb loss.

So, this points to another theme: revenge and reconciliation.

In Pete Rabbit's view, this field belonged to its family, and McGregor's family was the intruder.

But from the perspective of the McGregor family, why do you want to steal the vegetables I have worked so hard to grow?

It was because Pettu thought that he was right, it made it worse and used more violent methods to oppose Thomas. Gradually, it was dazzled by anger, forgetting its original intention, and the purpose was no longer to take back home, but to take back Bey.

Thomas also became more angry. At first he just shut the rabbits out, but later decided to blow them up. This was to a large extent comparable to the rabbits forcing him.

Pete rabbits competed for their homeland, Thomas defended and counterattacked, all of which did not solve the problem, but only made things worse.

The confrontation between Pete Rabbit and Thomas resulted in the loss of both, leading to the fall of Pete Rabbit, Thomas, and Bay.

In the end, Pete Rabbit apologized to Bey, and Thomas also apologized to Bey, before they shook hands and made peace.

It all started with hatred and anger, and ended with tolerance and great love.

When is the time to repay injustice, anger will only lead to greater anger, and they should get along with each other from the beginning.

If Pete Tu is willing to endure grievances, the situation will not escalate, the lives of the brothers will not be in danger, and the family will not be conflicted.

If Thomas cared for small animals, there would be no such battle between the rabbit and the man.

Letting go of hatred is more difficult than revenge, but it will not make things worse.

Narrow-mindedness, anger, and hatred can't solve the problem. Only reconciliation, concession, and great love can solve the problem.

Just as Pete Rabbit’s parents said: Sharing love will not lose love.

This is similar to the plot of "Three Billboards" in which the protagonists hurt each other and both suffered, and finally chose to reconcile.

I remembered the lines of "The Perfect Stranger":

Don't escalate the argument into a quarrel just because you are so strong. I don't think the concession party is weak. In fact, concession is the wise move. All the couples (or friends, classmates, relatives) I have seen that can last for a long time are, one side will try to take a small step back, but that is a big step forward.
