Today I happened to see Bruce Lee's "Big Brother Tangshan" being shown on TV. I originally wanted to watch Bruce Lee's movie, but I couldn't find resources on the video website a few years ago. Looking at Youku again today, Bruce Lee’s classics are available in four and a half .
"Big Brother Tangshan" is Bruce Lee's first work after his return to Hong Kong. It premiered in Hong Kong on October 31, 1971. Within three weeks of its release, the box office reached 3.5 million Hong Kong dollars, breaking the Hong Kong movie box office record at that time.

The genre of this movie is a " kung fu movie ", which can be said to be a pure kung fu movie. The story is a single storyline and straightforward narrative. There is not much complicated plot design. The protagonist Zheng Chaoan played by Bruce Lee appeared at the beginning. Such a simple and straightforward plot, but it seems to feel very relaxed, so you don't need to think about it.
Since it has been almost 50 years since the movie was released, the martial arts scenes at that time may now seem a bit blunt, and the villains may feel slower in their actions. But watching Bruce Lee's play is really cool, his actions are fast and accurate. I feel that Bruce Lee has a strong personal charm and comes with a long-leg filter.

The film titled "Big Brother Tangshan" first caught my attention. I wonder if this Tangshan refers to Tangshan City in Hebei Province. How could Bruce Lee know this place in Tangshan?
Later, I learned through watching movies and Baidu that Tangshan here is what overseas Chinese call the mainland of the motherland, and overseas Chinese call themselves Tangshan people. Big Boss is the Boss, boss mean, in the film refers to the Chinese workers in the foreman, the lead brother.
