"Rocco and His Brothers" screenplay

Text/(Italian) Lucino Visconti

Translation/Wang Jinling

Content description

This is a representative work of the famous Italian director Visconti in the 1960s.

The film tells the story of the five Rocco brothers who moved with their mother from the southern countryside to the northern industrial city, hoping to change their situation. The boss Simone became a professional boxer, got into the habit of drinking and gambling, and fooled around with the prostitute Nadia; the second child Rocco also became a boxer, but still maintained a simple life attitude; the third child was in a factory Workmanship; four and five years old at home. Rocco gradually developed feelings for Nadia and encouraged her to change her degenerate lifestyle. Simone killed Nadia on impulse. The film reveals from one side the true meaning of the so-called "economic miracles" in Italy in the 1960s to ordinary working people.

prelude

The steep promontory stretches far into the ocean. dawn. Wind and rain have been mixed.

The sea was rough and stormy. The camera lens glided across the turbulent waves on the shore, sliding on the steep promontory that rushed into the surging sea.

At the end of the promontory, four dark shadows standing faintly appeared. Two of them were carrying a coffin, and the other two were slightly shorter, standing a few steps back. The gust of wind and downpour swooped over. Shaking their bodies. They stabilized their heels a little, and the two men who carried the coffin suddenly lifted the coffin and threw it into the roaring heart of the wave.

The waves supported the coffin, floating up and down, and the sea immediately swallowed it.

The four people gazed in grief silently as the coffin sank until it disappeared in the whirlpool of the waves. Then there was a man who had originally carried the coffin, and took a step forward. With rain and tears on his face, he tried to suppress the whimper, and said:

"I'm Simone. Wenqinzuo should have come to give you a eulogy-because he is your eldest son, but he is far away... and you don't know anything. If you didn't die in the cold winter, we would Bury you in Bernalda, where there is a cemetery--but now, there are mud and puddles everywhere, and there is no way around..."

Another young man who had carried the coffin stood beside him, and said more depressed: "I am Rocco. We are infinite grief and cannot find comfort. But there, in the depths of the ocean, many people rest in peace. , They are all your friends..."

After Rocco finished speaking, he immediately drew a cross, and Simone and the two little brothers standing behind, sixteen-year-old Chiro and two-year-old Luca, also followed him to draw the cross. The shirts on their bodies were not resistant to the biting cold wind, and they shivered from the cold.

The funeral ended here. Simone and his brothers went back...

We saw them walking along the bumpy path with their feet deep in the mud, chucking step by step. In the distance, on the horizon like molten lead. White light appeared on the roof of the village market.

The four brothers walked into the village. They turned to the narrow and filthy street and went straight to the square.

Village Square·Dawn

A group of hired workers lined up next to the wall of the broken house of the local employment agency. They are waiting for the opportunity to do part-time jobs. A little farther away is a small church, and someone is removing the black belt on the door that signifies funeral.

A shameless man walked out of the employment agency.

Clerk of the employment agency: Mancinelli Nicolá wants to hire someone to go through the vineyard...Three working days...

The employees were silent, as if they were thinking about their own things.

Employer A: Ten kilometers long and ten kilometers wide.

Clerk: So what?

Employer A: He has to pay six hundred lire.

Long quiet field. The faces of the employees looked stern and hostile.

The person standing in front saw the four brothers walking by, taking off their hats, and the others followed suit. In the eyes of the hired workers, these children are the living incarnations of their dead partners.

The brethren passed by, and the employment agency continued the work that was interrupted by their presence.

Employer B: Five hundred.

There was another silence for a while. Then employee B said coldly:

"Four hundred and five."

After the number was shouted, there was silence again. It's time for the staff to speak.

Clerk: Okay, four hundred and fifty, it's up to you.

Clerk and hired worker C are gone.

The remaining people lined up again along the wall.

Hiring Worker Ding: (commenting on what happened just now) Probably we are destined to starve to death...

Mother

Rosalia's House·Dawn

All kinds of clothes that have just been dyed black are hanging on the rope.

Rosalia, an old woman who has suffered from sorrow, is drying her clothes. There was grief condensed on her face, her eyes flushed, and she was wearing mourning clothes.

She took out another newly dyed dress from the steaming tub.

The love story of Rosalia’s residence shows that the owners lead a life of extreme poverty and darkness. Here are a few beds, where people sleep, eat, and cook.

There are no windows in the room. The door, which was completely accessible, brought a few dim gleams to the room. A few tattered furnishings are all things that people are accustomed to in such houses. In addition to a few beds, there are also a few broken chairs with straws on the seat cushions, a chest of drawers on which is a statue of Saint Nicholas in a glass cover. On the wall, there are several icons—an eternal lamp lit in front of the icon, a few frying pans, and a few strings of dried panru and bell peppers. Apples, potatoes, and two large pickled vegetable jars are piled in the corner of the room. All of this is piled up in a mess on the ground. A round table is placed in the center of the house.

The neighbor girl was sitting at the round table, awkwardly and hardly writing the letter dictated by Rosalia. Rosalia dictated and kept drying her clothes:

"My son, since the misfortune of our family, one thought has always haunted me...your father...xiang stubbornly like a mule, he held that small piece of land to death and refused to let it go. In fact, That piece of land brought us only misfortune, and even dragged him into the grave...I tried in vain to persuade him many times, and I said you, my good son, mixed up very well outside. I said, huh, Let's leave here with the whole family and go to Wenqinzuo-I have been advising him like that... but he doesn't..."

The expression on Rosalia's face reflected the gradual change of her inner emotions-the persistent pain on her face gave way to a fierce excitement, longing for relief, and then there appeared inner aggrieved and firm determination. The neighbor girl, on the contrary, kept her face calm and composed, an expression usually in this situation. There is only one thing that excites her at the moment-writing a letter, which takes her a lot of energy. Rosalia went on to say:

"Now that he is dead, I have to live on my own. Other than that. Your brothers are full length. Who knows in the big cities. Maybe they can get good luck. Especially Simone. . You should really see how handsome and burly he is."

Through the open door, we saw Rocco sitting on a lame chair outside.

By the door of the opposite room, there was a very young girl sitting unquietly on a chair, lazily swinging her feet. This is Imma.

Rosaria: "Only Rocco still doesn't understand that no matter how hard we struggle, we must leave here..."

Rocco and the girl looked at each other in silence.

Rosalia House·Daylight

Rocco and Imma-she was doing echidna, they were relatively speechless, just staring at each other silently, and at this moment, I saw Rosalia in the room, deep in the room, still dictating letters, we could hear Her voice:

"It's all because he hooked up with the girl who lives across from our house, Micucho's daughter. As long as they talk about leaving here, they only know that you stare at me all day, and I stare at you... Even if the sky collapses, they don't care..."

Imma suddenly put the workman aside, picked up the scissors and cut a lock of her hair.

Then, she walked towards Rocco quietly, as if afraid of being seen by others.

She gently touched Rocco's weakly lowered hand.

The lock of cut hair moved from the girl's hand to the young man's. They were deeply moved and looked at each other's eyes shyly. Then Imma leaned over to Rocco and quickly slammed down a lock of his hair.

Rocco opened the protective sachet he hung around his neck and put in his two locks of hair with Imma.

Field·Day

This is a small barren field, and the soil is cracking under the sun.

Simone and the buyer circled around the boundary marked by stones hastily. Only a small part of the land has been plowed.

Chiro and Luca sat on the short stone circle, watching the end of the matter, and their expressions revealed a kind of silent question and inner pain.

Simone and the buyer walked to the end of the land and shook hands with each other. Then Simone gave the title deed to the buyer, and the buyer gave him the money.

There was Rosaria’s voice-over:

"We can sell the land, and the whole family will leave here... I also know that this land cannot be sold for a few elders, so we can only make do with the cost of the road... But what else can we expect?"

Train·Late Night

The train flew through the night, with road signs and station names passing by. The same galloping train was oncoming.

In the train compartment late at night

A crowded carriage. Rosalia's family squeezed inside. Their luggage is very simple-a few cold cardboard suitcases, a few bags of big rolls.

The mother and sons fell asleep cuddling each other. Looking at their appearance, I can feel that this is a dear and harmonious family.

Milan "Lombarda" Stadium·Night

Rosalia’s voice still came from outside the painting, but we finally saw her son, Wenchenzuo. He walked out the gate of the rudimentary gymnasium, where a boxing match was taking place.

Rosaria: (Voiceover) "Listen to me carefully, Wen Chinzuo...you found a job by yourself...now you should think of a way for your brothers...sooner or later we are coming..."

Wenqinzuo climbed up the stairs-the gymnasium was in the basement. Behind him, he could vaguely see some people practicing boxing, and there was a vague noise in the hall-wherever boxing matches are held every night, they are always dominated by a special atmosphere of tension.

The weather is cold. Wen Qinzuo walked to the street and immediately raised the collar of the cheap coat on his body, rubbed his two frozen hands without gloves, and left.

He walked past the brightly lit windows of the gymnasium-these small square windows were at his feet. Through this frosted window, one can see the situation in the gymnasium, and from time to time there are bursts of noisy voices.

October 1955

Milan Central Station Night

A train from the south gradually drove into the platform of this smoky, blackened Milan station. The crowd was noisy and yelling, railway workers, footmen, and peddlers rushing to and fro. From the door of the carriage, hundreds of passengers crawled out like ants. They all rushed towards the exit. The crowd on the platform gradually became thinner, and only a small group of people who had just walked out of the third-class carriage and leaned on me and I squeezed you were left.

They stood still, huddled together in confusion, and put their simple luggage on the ground.

The crowd had long since dispersed, and only this young group was still standing on the platform at a loss.

Now we can see clearly: this is an old woman, and four younger boys surround her, one of whom is still a child.

They finally plucked up the courage and asked a man in uniform—a railroad employee or a policeman—something.

Then we saw them picking up the box and baggage and walking towards the exit of the platform.

Milan Central Station Square Night

The family walked out of the station, carefully avoided the private cars and taxis passing by Mercedes-Benz, and walked towards the tram station. In their hands, in addition to their luggage, they also held some objects-bread wrapped in a large turban and a few bunches of dried figs. These are what they eat on the road, and the rest are used as gifts.

Tram Milan Night

A tram driving on the streets of Milan. Through the frosty car window. Reflect the brightly lit city. The lights of Wanjia are like trembling lightning of various colors. The flickering night lights, the running of the tram, the windows covered with cold-all these make people lose sight of the true colors of the city cloth...

Janali's House·Night

The energetic Wen Qinzuo sat shyly on a chair in the dining room of Janali's house. Next to him is Ginetta. Wen Qinzuo was wearing a new coat with a small piece of black mourning veil in the buttonhole. The table in the center of the room was surrounded by Jineta's parents and some relatives, who came to congratulate the newlyweds.

Mother: Young people have to go through their own opinions. Now who still listens to their parents?

Jineta's hand was looking for Wenchenzuo's hand, and he held it cautiously. Jinetta-she is a dark-haired girl, not very beautiful, yet she is pretty and lovely.

Wen Qinzuo: Sooner or later we should live independently! ...I don't want to go back to the south at all...I plan to make a home here...Am I right, Jineta?

There were wine glasses and a bottle of Striega liqueur in the tray on the table.

Jinetta stood up and poured the wine.

Standing next to the radio were Janelli's two sons-25-year-old Alfredo and 17-year-old Bruno. A female relative is talking to the elder one (this young man is different from everyone, with an arrogant look on his face, and is far away from everyone, falling apart).

Fenelli's female relative: Are you not going to get married?

Alfredo: That's amazing! It is enough for one of our family to do such a stupid thing.

The brother smiled reluctantly, looked at his younger sister and her future husband, and expressed his dissatisfaction.

Jinetta put the wine bottle back in the middle of the table.

Jinetta: He was afraid that we would hurt them. (To brother) Remember, we will never come to speak to you... Don't worry...

She returned to her seat next to Wenqinzuo.

The hurried doorbell.

All eyes were on the door.

Bruno: This is Aldo. Mom, I'm going to watch a movie...

Old Jianali was displeased.

Old Janali: (sullenly) Go again? Go every night. Why don't you get tired of it?

Janali's cousin wanted to ease the atmosphere and interjected.

Cousin: Our Lady! ...I took Francis Kinnow to a movie on Sunday, and fell asleep there in the blink of an eye.

Vague voices came from the small front hall.

Cousin: I even had a dream... Francis Kinnow said, grandma...

Bruno: (Voiceover) Wen Chinzo... Come and see, who is here!

They all turned back towards the door and saw a group of people standing still-Rosalia and her four sons.

Wen Qinzuo jumped up. Pounced toward them, shouting:

"mother……"

Rosalia waited silently for him to approach, stretching out her hands. Put Wenqinzuo in his arms.

Rosalia: My son!

Rosa Gaya burst into tears. Wen Qinzuo was taken aback, he broke free of his mother's hands, and greeted his brothers affectionately and restrainedly. He picked up Luca and kissed him on the cheek. Jinetta's mother walked to Rosalia. She yelled with joy:

"Is this you, Rosalia?"

The guests stood up, shaking hands and saluting the new arrivals. In the chaos, they collided with each other. Old Janelli took away the baggage from Rosalia. Wen Qinzuo put down the boxes for the brothers and hung up their coats. Alfredo looked at Rosalia's four shy and shabby sons curiously.

Rosalia sat down. Jineta's parents and their relatives surrounded her.

Rosalia wiped away her tears, sighed, looked for Wenqinzuo in her eyes, and then continued:

"This is really a disaster! My good son..."

The women standing beside her all echoed, making various sighs.

Rosalia said to Wenchinzo:

"You lost your father, why don't you wear filial piety according to the rules?"

Wenqinzuo suppressed his panic and took up one of Jineta's hand-leading her to his mother. Tell them about each other.

Wen Qinzuo: Of course Dai Xiao, of course. But tonight... (smiling) This is Ginetta. I wrote to you and told you that we are going to get married... You came just in time. Bless us...

Rosalia looked at Jineta and shook her head sadly.

Rosaria: Get married? Have you already made a fortune, so that you can take care of your brothers and raise future children?

Jinetta didn't know how to answer Rosaria's words, but just smiled slightly and looked at Wenchenzuo. Wen Qinzuo didn't understand the true meaning of this incident until now. He turned to his mother, his voice questioning.

Wen Qinzuo: What's going on, mom? Why didn't you write to me and tell me that the whole family is here?

Rosalia opened her eyes in surprise.

Rosalia: We wrote you a letter!

Wen Qinzuo: When my father passed away unfortunately, you wrote me a letter... I also wrote back to you. I must first inquire and see if I can find a job... for them... In addition...

Wen Qinzuo looked at his younger brothers, they were staring at him all the time, listening to every word of him.

Jineta's mother interrupted Wenchenzuo.

Mother: I thought you were here for the wedding.

Rosaria: My pain is too deep, I can hardly think of happy events.

At this moment, Jinetta's father also intervened.

Father: Wenqinzuo and Jineta decided on their own...but, please tell me, did you come directly from the station? ...Where are you going to live?

Rosalia: I know that my son will not let us sleep on the street... He should take care of our family now.

Jinetta's parents stared at each other in panic.

Mother: Mrs. Rosalia... Don't be surprised, but it's better to speak clearly right away. You should naturally think for your children. This is a matter of course. But shouldn't I plan for the future of my daughter?

Jinetta: (raising voice) Mom, what is this?

Alfredo: (Also increase the wordy) Let her finish her sentence. Mother is right.

Jinetta: Oh, you seem to know what she would say a long time ago!

Alfredo: I'm not a fool, I don't even understand this. She did it exactly right.

All the people started talking, interrupting each other. It was obvious that a quarrel was about to break out.

Jinetta: (screaming) Stop talking!

Rosaria: (Sharply) Wen Qi, my good son... You take me out of this house! ……Go right now! ...

Wen Qinzuo: (stunned) Mom... what are you talking about? ...Why are you yelling?

Jinetta: Oh my God! Gosh! Stop arguing... (screaming) Are you crazy?

Rosaria: No—Yes! I'm not crazy! Now I understand everything! (Referring to Wenqinzuo) He also knows in his heart that you are trying to prevent him from taking care of his mother and brothers and not allow him to do his responsibilities. There is no respect for the dead—his poor father...you have no conscience! ...I don't want to see you again...Quickly, get out of here...

Jinetta tried to persuade her to calm her anger.

Rosalia: You come to this set too, shut up! ...You are all the same goods, all the goods......

Wen Qinzuo: Mom! What's the matter with you?

Rosaria: Let's go. Children, take things... God will punish you. God is just and unselfish! He will avenge us.

Jinetta's father couldn't help making a face with anger. Jinetta shook Rosalia's hand.

Jinetta: (Pleadingly) Oh, be quiet, I beg you, don't get angry. No one wants to bully you...

Alfredo: Guinetta, come here!

Wen Qinzuo: Don't interfere with her!

Alfredo pulled Jinetta away from Rosalia, and Jinetta cried out in pain. Wenchinzo wanted to rush towards Alfredo.

Alfredo: What's the matter, do you think I'm afraid of you, idiot?

Jineta's mother intervened again.

Mother: (to Wenqinzuo) Get out!

Rosalia: (to Wen Chinzo with extreme grief) Did you hear that? Can you tolerate others talking to you in this accent?

Rosalia led Wenqinzuo and the other elders to rush out.

Building construction site late at night

A red light hung on the concrete pillar in front of the guard shed. This red light indicates that the road construction process is underway here. A big dog tied to the wooden shed kept barking. The door of the shed opened, and a sleepy guard appeared—a man about forty years old.

Wen Qin Zuo: (Voiceover) Armando! it's me.

Watcher: Who?

The watchman looked in the dark attentively, still seeing nothing. So he took off the red light and shone it in the direction of the sound.

Watcher: What's the matter? You startled me. Come in, be cold!

Guard room late at night

The guard and Wen Qinzuo walked into the guard room, where there was only one bed and one bench. The guard lit the calcium carbide lamp placed on the stool.

The dazzling light suddenly filled this small room, making the panic on Wen Qinzuo's face even more conspicuous.

He shook a hand hopelessly, as if to say: "A word is hard to say." He sat down on the edge of the bed. The guard followed him, took up the quilt, turned towards him and lay down.

Wen Qinzuo: If it is convenient, I would like to stay here for one night.

The guard shrugged. He is very sleepy. But he was deeply disturbed by Wen Chin Zuo's gloomy look. He said:

"Please. Did you do something wrong?"

Wen Qinzuo spread his hands, he didn't know what words to use to explain his current experience.

Wen Qinzuo: It's not me, it's my mother and younger brothers who made trouble. It was a disaster. Now I have no place to live, and I have lost my bride, leaving only a pool of troubles!

Keeper: (jokingly) So, the house and the bride? ——What's the matter with this file?

Wen Qinzuo glanced at the guard, but did not immediately understand his teasing.

Wen Qinzuo: Of course you can make a joke. But what should I do with these chirping people? Five, do you understand? Where do I put them? Where can I get the money to pay the rent?

The guard yawned. He is no longer interested in the misfortune of his friend.

Keeper: (yawning) This is the trouble, but the house, as much as you want.

Wen Qinzuo: Yes, as long as the rent can be paid...

Keeper: (Irritationally) Whatever others do, you can do it: rent a room first, if you have the strength, pay two months' rent in advance, and then drag it. Look at it, as long as a month later, you will be forced to move, so that you can find a place for you to live with the homeless, where you do not have to pay the rent, but also provide you with free heating. No one will live on the streets in Milan.

Wen Qinzuo: (interestedly) So, do you think you can go to that place right away?

Watcher: (while yawning) Hey, no! You have to be kicked out first, understand?

Lambratai (Note 1) · A large residence——

Building with a yard, daylight

Rosalia's family unloaded the truck in front of a large residence, where they had just rented a semi-basement (Note 2). On the handcart is piled up some simple furniture for the new house. The look of the brothers is slightly different from when they first entered the city. Mother and brother five happily carried folding beds, mattresses and some household utensils one after another. The janitor watched them while discussing the new tenant with the woman who lived on the first floor with her head out of the window.

Janitor: (makes a contemptuous gesture) He's an African savage...

Woman: Where did they come from?

The janitor: (still contemptuously) You should know better than me how many such people have come from Lucania...in the south; if you ask them not to come, they won't listen.

Woman: At least this is a good family. It's all lads, except for the mother, not a single lady!

Janitor: Hey, I can see that I have known such a good family. One day... If you don't believe me, we will bet on anything. After a month, up to two months, they will receive a notice to move. This group of southerners are all ghosts, hillbillies.

The brothers continued to carry their luggage. They were elated and filled with joyful hope.

Rosalia and her sons' home late at night

Wenqinzuo is a semi-basement rented by a family, with a bedroom, a kitchen and a bathroom. There are pots and copper frying pans hung on nails on the four walls of the kitchen, as well as bunches of dried tomatoes. The four eldest sons slept in the room, Rosalia and Luca lived in the kitchen; Chiro and Wenchinzo shared a bunk, sleeping one each. There is also a big bag of onions here. The dawn of dawn shot into the room through the window.

There was deathly silence in the room, and then from the yard came the sound of muddy lake.

Wen Qinzuo turned over from his sleep and woke up. He opened his eyes and lay on the bed, listening. Then suddenly he jumped up from the bed and walked to the window.

He opened the window. The yard was covered with a white blanket-it snowed at night. Groups of snow flocks are still flying now.

From the many chimneys on the opposite side of the yard, there was a thick stream of hot smoke.

There was a tightly wrapped man in the yard, gesticulating and explaining something to a tenant on the first floor with his head sticking out of the window.

Wen Qinzuo didn't close the window, turned and walked to the depths of the room, and started to wake up his brothers—he shook their bed and lifted their blankets.

Wen Qin Zuo: Simone! Rocco! Chiro! get up! Everyone has work to do today.

The younger brothers rolled their bodies in the cold, then opened their eyes and looked towards the window.

Brothers: What happened?

Are you crazy?

Don't make people sleep!

Rosalia appeared at the door.

Rosaria: It's snowing! Large tracts are falling!

Luca: (leaps from the bed) Snow!

Wen Qinzuo: Hurry up, otherwise you will be preempted by others. The snow is so heavy, Milanese don't like snow on the street.

Wen Qinzuo wanted to step over a bed blocking the passage of the bathroom. Touched, almost didn't fall to the ground.

"Get up quickly, sleepy bug!"

Luca: Mom, is it day or night?

Rosalia: (happily) During the day, during the day. I swear in the name of Saint Nicholas that you all have to make money back tonight, or else I will not recognize you as sons.

The brothers jumped up from the bed neatly. They dressed quickly, washed their faces in a hurry, and wrapped food in paper.

Rosalia: Rocco, good boy. Your illness is good. Put my fleece in it.

Rocco: (hesitating) How can I wear women's clothes?

Simone laughed.

Rosaria: Just ignore him and listen to your mother. Who can see what clothes are you wearing inside?

The brothers put on all their thick clothes, kissed their mother one by one, and went outside.

Building entrance and courtyard·Dawn

The men walked towards the yard through every small door. They shrank into a ball with the cold, stepping on the snow, gathering in the yard like bees swarming in a hive, talking to each other and saying hello. Someone called from a distance:

"Simeone!"

Simone: What?

Neighbor: Are you going too?

Simone: Where are you going?

Neighbor: District office...

Simone: (asking another neighbor) Where to go, where to go?

The man shrugged. There was a thick layer of sleepiness on his face, and he stomped his feet to keep warm.

All the people walked towards the gate.

The building where Rosalia's family lives

A taxi stopped at the gate, and a young woman walked out of the car. This is Nadia, her appearance is pretty and elegant, but she is a bit coquettish. Her dress, especially her modified eyes and two scarlet lips, and the surrounding environment, this urban area—here stands a number of dark and dilapidated houses, dark and dark in the gray mist before dawn. Distinguish-very uncoordinated. The men walked through the gate without noticing the taxi or the woman.

Driver: (suspiciously) Do you really know it is here?

Nadia paid for the car and looked around. Then walked towards the door of the building where Bafondi's family lived. She carried a small bag in one hand—a bottle of half-drunk champagne and some sweets; in the other hand was a small leather bag. She stepped on the snow, shaking her two feet in high heels. Seriously, she was a little tired and terribly cold.

Stairs in the building where Rosalia's family lives

Nadia panted slightly and ascended the rickety stairs, trying her best to avoid the stains and water marks on the stairs in disgust.

The doorbell of a door on the top floor rang hoarsely. The door of the room opened in a while, and a small young woman in poor clothes came out.

Nadia: (calmly) Hello. mother.

Nadia kissed her on the cheek nonchalantly. The woman saw her daughter coming, her face stretched in panic. She looked terrified and said somewhat mysteriously:

"My Virgin, is this you?...Come in quickly, before your father comes back..."

The panicked mother continued to look at her as if she couldn't believe her eyes. Nadia kicked the door open with her foot, preparing to enter the house.

Nadia: I miss my father and mother so much.

Mother: (Still standing still) What happened to you? What's the trouble again?

Nadia: What's wrong, (laughs) I'm bringing you a snack. Satisfied?

Mother glanced nervously at the snack Nadia gave her, and raised the bottle to see how much lingering wine was in it. This is obviously all leftovers from the banquet.

Nadia walked into the room, stretching sensually and tiredly.

Nadia: Let me sleep!

Streets near the cathedral, daylight

A group of men — among them Rocco, Simone, and Chiro — lined up, picking up snow on a street in the center of the city. This is exhausting heavy work. However, the Bafondi brothers, whose ears were tightly wrapped, worked vigorously, even happily.

Simone wiped his sweat.

Simone: I really want people in our village to come and see us now... Let Mikucho and Foolino all come...

In an instant he remembered something and waved his hand gently...

"...Let those people come and see, they resolutely think that everywhere is the same, and it's useless to come out, why bother to run north with all their heart... They are all crowded against the wall, lined up... No work... Silly waiting... …To be honest, what is your hope?"

Two women dressed in fur coats and quite luxuriously dressed passed by. Simone watched them go away and pointed to Rocco.

Simone: Even the women here are different from ours.

Another street in the city center · day

On the road where the snow has been removed, a sprinkler was driven past to complete the cleaning of this section.

Quiro retreated to the side of the road and stayed in front of a shop window. An advertisement was posted on the display window: "A young man is recruited to run on the street. The age must not exceed sixteen years old. Applicants please come inside to contact us."

Simone: (calling) Chiro!

Chi Luo ran to catch up with his brothers.

Chiro: Hey, Simone, listen to me. I saw an advertisement just now. Can you let me go? Recruitment... (after a pause) What is meant by juvenile running on the street?

Simone: Let's go to work... (Imitating him) Oh, you "boy"...

Xuexuepi continued to do the heavy work.

Simone: But our "boy" is still right. It is here to find a job. Look at these people. They are Huai? Are they all born rich and rich?

A snow sweeper heard Simone's words and interrupted in.

Xuexuepi: See this hotel, right? Its boss is my brother-in-law's fellow villager. He was almost starving to death, and he was a pauper. But now, when my brother-in-law stopped by his hotel to make a bend, he pretended not to know him at all.

The stout young man sipped to his feet angrily.

"Everything is up to you."

Simone: You should find your own happiness by yourself. But Wenqinzuo won't. I understood this at first glance.

Rocco: Why? He is working. He helped us. He rented a house. What else can he do? Now it's time for us to work hard on our own.

Simone still looked around.

We saw the tall buildings in the city center with him.

Simone: (Voiceover, gloomy) Yes, of course it is. Now it's time for us to do our own work. Hey, there is one thing, I can't figure it out. Do you have to be like a cow and a horse in this place, desperately looking for work from morning to night? ...

A street in the center of Milan · day

It's already daytime. The doors and windows of each store opened one after another, and the staff went to work in an endless stream. Snow obstructed the operation of buses and trolleybuses, which crawled slowly, crowded and crowded.

Several buses that connected from the end to the end slowly drove into the parking station, the doors opened, and dozens of hurried, nervous-looking passengers swarmed down.

Jinetta got off a bus, and her brother Alfredo followed her. Accompanied by her brother, the girl walked towards the access door of the big company where she worked. The other salespersons and employees were crowded by the side door. Jineta greeted his girlfriends affectionately, but was very cold, and even bid farewell to her brother without hostility.

Jineta's elder brother left, so at this moment... Wenchinzo flashed out from behind the newsstand. He stared at Alfredo's back for a while, trying to figure out if he really walked away.

Then he ran to the worker's access door, shouting:

"Ginetta!"

Jineta turned around and saw Wenqinzuo. Panicking and dispelling the happy expression on her face, she turned and walked to the door.

Jinetta: Be careful! He just...

Wen Qinzuo: I saw him. he's gone.

The two stared at each other speechlessly. Jinetta lowered his eyes.

Jinetta: (Voice trembling) You seem to have gone underground, and there is no news at all.

Wen Qinzuo: (Painfully) I can't go to your house. There are always people with you outside. When I have a job, I will go to work...today. If it weren’t for misfortune, I still can’t see you...

Jinetta: Unfortunately?

Wen Qinzuo: Oh, no, I mean, it's just bad luck. I thought that I would definitely find a job on the construction site, so I didn't go to sweep the snow... It turned out to be nothing at all... There was no way. Those who do not have a registered permanent residence can only do part-time jobs... But what is there to do with people who do part-time jobs: if you want you, you will come, if you don’t want you, you will leave...

Guineta: Dad said that farmers who used to come from the south, as long as they put a cross on the application form and don’t even have to sign, they will immediately become Milan residents, but now they are not at all...

Wen Qinzuo: But I still look forward to...

Jinetta: You, it seems like you have been looking forward to this and that since you were born... Haven't hoped enough?

Wen Qinzuo: But you know, as long as we wait for a while, our matter may be resolved smoothly. Now that I have a house, my brothers can't make much money, but they still have work to do... Maybe they will be able to become fully self-reliant slowly...

Jinetta: (sadly) Yes, yes. I know. But my family is not even allowed to mention your name. Think about it, do we have enough courage to start a new life?

Wen Qinzuo was completely at a loss, but still eagerly wanted to pour out his heartfelt feelings to her, so he hurriedly searched for words.

Wen Qinzuo: (word by word) Mom said, a man, if he really wants to get that woman... If he is a real man... Well, in short, he will get her.

Jinetta: (Frowns suspiciously) How can you get it?

Wen Qinzuo: (more apprehensively) Well, (the original text is vague) people get the same...neither need to obtain her consent nor ask others...

The sad-faced Ginata pointed to the sales assistants who flooded into the door of the "Lina Xintai" department store. All of them are very exquisitely dressed, and their hairs are also chic and beautifully combed.

Jineta: Hey, Wen Qi! You still can't understand why we are not in Lucania now!

Her eyes dimmed suddenly, and a thoughtful look emerged.

"In any case. You have to get my consent."

Wen Qinzuo: (with profound meaning) Okay, then I will ask for your permission now.

The last group of late shop assistants hurriedly squeezed into the narrow side door, and Jineta was leaving too.

Jinetta: Goodbye!

Wen Qinzuo: (holding one of her hands) What is it?

Jinetta struggled to leave. Wen Qinzuo pulled her back again.

Wen Qin Zuo: Do you love me?

Jinetta smiled and ran into the company. She turned around a little, and gestured to Wen Qinzuo to see you all night.

Patio·Small storage room and stairs under the stairs·Night of the day

Wenchinzo and a man in his sixties-Nadia's father-met outside the door of a small storage room under the stairs. They each push a bicycle. Nadia’s father’s bicycle was red and very worn out. The door of the storage room was very narrow and could not accommodate two people at the same time, so Wenchinzo let Nadia's father go first.

Wen Qinzuo: You can let it go first.

Nadia's father: Thank you.

Nadia's father pushed the bicycle into the storage room and put it away. Stand until you walk out the door and climb the stairs.

Nadia's father: Goodbye.

Wen Qinzuo: Goodbye.

Wen Qinzuo walked into the storage room. While placing his bicycle, he collided with several other cars, two or three of them slammed to the ground. He was taken aback, turned on the dim street light, and looked through the half-open door to the stairs. It seemed that Nadia's father heard nothing. He whistled and continued to walk upstairs.

Wen Qinzuo was relieved, and raised the bicycles that fell on the ground, trying to put them back to their original positions. Suddenly he heard waves of scolding coming from one of the stairs above. The door slammed. Nadia’s father’s voice:

"I killed you! I killed you!"

Stairs·Night

The sound of high-heeled shoes-who is running downstairs quickly.

The door upstairs opened again, and the curse became clearer and clearer.

Nadia's mother: (Voiceover) Guri Elmo! return. Let her go. (Starts crying) Let her go!

Wen Qinzuo couldn't hear the following clearly.

Small storage room night

A woman rushed into the small storage room and closed the door with her hand. This is Nadia. Her clothes are disheveled and her hair is disheveled. The dressing gown was open, but she didn't mind it.

Wen Qinzuo stared at her protruding breast peak and her hips tightly wrapped in panties. He stood before the girl in amazement. Finally said with difficulty:

"What happened?"

Nadia did not answer, but made a gesture for him to remain silent.

Nadia's father: (picture on voice) Go! Get out of my house!

The voice of the neighbors: What happened?

What are you crazy?

Ouch, these big bosses from the south!

It's really getting more and more incredible.

Nadia's father: (Voiceover) Let me go! I don't care about anything, put me in jail...

Wenqinzuo and Nadia stood silently, until the shouts gradually weakened and finally fell silent. The girl was cuddling Wenqinzuo tightly-it was indeed crowded for two people to stand in the small storage room.

Wenqinzuo was extremely excited by Nadia's closeness. She noticed this, so she took a step away.

Nadia: I'm sorry...

Wen Qinzuo: (stuttering in embarrassment) What happened? Who is this?

Nadia: (sneered sarcastically) Oh, my father. I didn't get along well with him.

Wen Qin Zuo: Do you live in this house? I have never seen you...

Nadia: (whispering, still looking at Wenqinzuo) I hope I can live here, but they don't want to. Did you see how they treated me?

Wen Qinzuo stared at her more and more excitedly.

Wen Qinzuo: Don't cry.

Nadia didn't intend to cry at all. She glanced at Wen Qinzuo in surprise and decided to pretend that she was about to cry.

Nadia: (Head down) It's easier said than done... (Twitching nose, panting quickly)

Wen Qinzuo stared at her eagerly, his voice trembling with excitement.

Wen Qinzuo: But what is it for?

Nadi touch: (sighs, in a tone that seems to be self-deprecating) It's not the old fashioned...always chattering about reputation... In short, the reputation of the poor, well, generally speaking, the reputation of girls... How much do they all value this reputation... (indignantly) But what about calling a poor girl? suicide? Since then disappeared? Is it just to satisfy them? (Shakes his head) It's hard to imagine. For this, a woman should say goodbye to life... (suddenly smiles) Hey, stop talking about this...

Wen Qinzuo tried his best to laugh.

Wen Qinzuo: (laughing) This is true! Otherwise, only our buddies and men are left on the earth. But how can we miss you?

Wenqinzuo straightened the shoulders of her dressing gown.

"Well, what are you going to do now?"

Nadia: Go away. Before they made up their minds.

Wen Qinzuo: Just this outfit? Come to our house, my mother will give you a dress to cover your body.

Nadia: Thank you.

So he kissed his lips.

Wen Qinzuo: (His lips almost touched her face, desperately) What are you talking about?

Nadia: I said: Thank you...

Wenqinzuo wanted to kiss her, but Nadia slipped out of the small storage room. She said:

"Let's go."

Rosalia House·Night

In front of Rosalia and each of her sons, there were plates of beans. When Wenqinzuo and Nadia came in, they were sitting at the table, bowing their heads to pick out the stones and sand from the beans.

Nadi dumb glanced at everyone, then said in a little girl's voice:

"good evening!"

Everyone looked up in surprise.

Rosaria: (Very excitedly) Wenchinzo, what tricks did you do? It turns out that you caused this shameful scandal?

Wen Qinzuo: (Embarrassed) No, where did you go, mom... This lady has encountered an unpleasant thing... You should help her. Mom...borrow some clothes for her...well, coats are also...

Wen Qinzuo's brothers jumped up from their seats.

Nadia looked at each of them with an experienced look.

Nadia: I feel very sorry...I disturbed you...

Rosalia: (Zhang Huang confusedly) Where can I get my coat? ... (to Wen Qin Zuo) Maybe, give her your father's coat...

Wen Qinzuo: Just say a few words, mother, go quickly. You didn't see her shivering from the cold...

Rosalia stood up and walked towards the door nagging.

Rosalia: I'll look for it... (go away)

There was a special expression of contentment on Simone's face, Rocco-smiling, Chiro-frowning his eyebrows, and Luca-stunned with excitement, staring at this person who is very different from them. Different girls.

Nadia: Are you all brothers?

Wen Qinzuo: Yes...

Simone's eyes fixed on Nadia.

Simone: Are you from Milan?

Nadia: Well, it can be said that it is from Lumbarda.

Nadia looked at the five brothers tenderly again.

"But you, you can see, you must be southerners, right? What are you doing here and in Milan?"

Nadia carefully observes the kitchen of Bafondi's house—with a few newspaper clippings on the wall—photos of Wenchinzo wearing shorts and boxing gloves.

Simone shrugged.

Rocco: Today we went to sweep the snow.

Nadia: (Laughs loudly) This is impossible! Look at what nonsense you made up!

Simone looked at Wen Qin Zuo reproachfully.

Simone: He dragged us to sweep the snow. We have been here for a month, but we still can't find a regular job.

Nadia: (Coquettishly) A young man like you is sure to find a job that pleases you. Just go find it. (Refers to the photo) Which one of you is a boxer?

Simone looked at Rocco deeply.

Simone: (referring to Wen Chinzo; after a short pause) He used to boxing, but then he quit.

Rosalia is back. She brought sweaters, skirts and an old coat. Throw it on the chair, raising a cloud of dust.

Nadia: Ah, what a pity. I know a boxer-a true champion. (Laughing) But what his name is, I can't remember completely. He has a very long car! Snow sweeping has wronged you all.

Simone: (turns to Wen Qinzuo) I hear you? He is not willing to let us start...

Rosalia: You can go find a job by yourself, why count on him! Don’t you understand what the lady said?

Wen Qinzuo: Nonsense. I have had enough, I will never do it again. After the rain on Thursday, I got two thousand lire. What this great boxing can give me is nothing more than that!

Nadia: (This kind of conversation makes her start to have fun) But because you are not a champion...

Wen Qinzuo: It must be so. However, being a champion is not so easy.

Rosaria: Maybe Simone and Rocco can get what you can't get! They are young and strong! ...

Wen Qinzuo: There is a person in our family who was beaten bloody, not enough...

Nadia was so happy at the moment and laughed.

Rosaria: I think no one can beat our Simone! ...

Luca: Mom is right. Simone is better than you.

Rosalia nodded to Simone, as if there was a secret between them. Wen Qinzuo walked to the door leading to the stairs, opened the door slightly, looked out carefully, and listened.

Rosaria: (to Nadia) Miss, this is all our family has...

Nadia held her clothes in her hands.

Nadia: Don't worry, I will return them all tomorrow.

Nadia was very upset, she looked at Wenqinzuo questioningly.

Wen Qinzuo: Thank God. The police are here, he is here too, he is his own, he sent your father home.

To change clothes, Nadia must first take off her dressing gown. But there were men's eyes staring at her all around. So Rosalia came to rescue her.

Rosaria: You can go to the toilet to change clothes.

Nadia: (Relieved) Thank you.

Nadia walked into the toilet under the eyes of the lads and closed the door. Rosalia immediately rushed towards Wenchinzo.

Rosaria: (furiously) How can you think of bringing her here! ...We don't know who she is and what tricks she did...

Rocco: (Composurely) She's so beautiful...

Rosaria: She's covered in goosebumps... and not inconsistent... Besides, how can she stare at a woman? Looking at her with wide-eyed eyes when you are doing everything, I ask you!

Wen Qinzuo: She was cold, so she got goose bumps.

Rosalia: (stubbornly) Not right. It's just that the skin is not good... the northerners here are all with this bad skin.

Wen Qinzuo opened the door slightly, and looked at the movement on the stairs as before.

The gate and the stairs in front of Rosalia's house, night

We (like Wenqinzuo) saw the police come downstairs. He saw Wen Chin Zuo and waved at him friendly.

Rosalia House·Night

Wen Qinzuo: Good evening, sheriff. Fortunately, you live here. Listen to...

There was a loud noise in the toilet.

"Maybe, it's better for you to send this poor man?"

There was another bang in the toilet. The two looked at each other. Wen Qinzuo felt that something was not going well, he was at a loss, but tried his best to save this embarrassing situation.

Wen Qinzuo: Goodbye, sheriff.

The one raised his hand in salute and left with surprise.

Rocco flushed towards the toilet. He opened the door and looked inside. There was no one inside.

Rocco: (turns around and talks to everyone) She is not inside...

Wen Qinzuo: It is absolutely impossible...

Rocco: Escaped! It must have crawled out of the window... Well, yes, that's it...

Everyone looked in the toilet.

Simone looked at Wen Qinzuo sarcastically, and asked stubbornly:

"Are you upset?"

Simone laughed defiantly. Rosalia immediately intervened.

Rosaria: (smiling slightly) What are you doing with that kind of heart? (To Simone) Go pick your beans! (To Wen Qin Zuo) Wen Qi, this time, you should probably understand. Your Jineta isn’t the only one in the world, right?

Gymnasium·Night night

The shabby gymnasium, this is a fairly large, damp and dirty semi-basement. The people who come here to exercise are also perfectly commensurate with this house. Most of them are young men wearing shorts and two shabby socks; they are lying or standing on the boxing ring, exercising tenaciously, putting all their desire for a warm life and honor into their limbs. In motion. An apparently more talented boxer was doing exercises in the left corner of the stadium. There was an indecent and cruel expression on the young man's face.

The coach stood by the rope to observe.

Standing next to him is another boxer-an elderly man, assistant to the coach.

Wen Qinzuo and his young opponent had just finished a round, and leaned on the rope to rest. The coach spoke to the young boxer and pointed out a few points that were purely technical shortcomings. Wen Qinzuo waited absently for the start of the next round. He stood, relaxed all his muscles, and dropped his shoulders. Suddenly something caught his attention, and he looked towards the entrance. The boxing ring was brightly lit, and it looked dark by comparison, so Wen Qinzuo couldn't immediately see who came in from the entrance. He squinted his eyes for a while, and finally saw clearly, standing there in a daze were his three younger brothers-Simone, Rocco, and Chiro, who had just entered the gymnasium.

He jumped off the boxing ring and ran towards them head-on.

A gong sounded, announcing the start of the next round, Wen Chin Zuo must return to the boxing ring. He didn't know what to do. He wanted to let his brothers go quickly. He stood hesitantly, thinking for a few seconds; the coach did not see him on the field, so he called him:

"Wen Qin Zuo!"

The coach turned around and saw his younger brothers standing beside Wen Chin Zuo-they squeezed shyly by the door, not knowing what they were wrapped in.

Coach: Who is this again? Is it a Christmas bagpiper (note 3)?

Wen Qinzuo walked to the boxing ring, ready to continue fighting, he said:

"Excuse me... these are my brothers, they came in without permission."

Coach: (referring to the locker room) This is the same for me.

Simone, Rocco and Chiro timidly walked towards the dressing room.

Wen Chinzo jumped onto the boxing ring and started boxing.

The coach's voice came from outside the screen. He kept repeating monotonously

"Left, left..."

Then we could see in an instant that another pair of boxers awkwardly boarded the ring. Behind them appeared Simone, Rocco and Chiro, who wore only a pair of underpants and cowered.

March 1956

The construction site where Wenqinzuo worked·Day

spring. The open space in front of the detention room on the construction site used to be puddles and mud everywhere when Wen Qinzuo came to seek lodging at night, but now there is no trace of it, and the ground is sparsely lit with green grass. On the large trough that used to lay the foundation, there has been a building that is about to be completed, covering the last floor.

Luca ran towards the building which was still under construction. He stopped from time to time and looked around, looking for the way to the plasterer's workplace.

Luca: (spreading with her hands around her mouth) Wen Qinzuo! Wen Qin Zuo!

Luca ran forward again. He walked around the building, turned back, and happened to run into a man carrying a bag of cement. This is Simone.

Luca: Where is Wenchinzo?

Simone pointed upwards. Luca turned around and ran. He rushed to the building that was still under construction, yelling with excitement, as if reporting the biggest happy event in the world:

"The notice of moving has been sent to us!"

Wen Qinzuo: (painted porch) Luca! Luca!

Luca raised his head and looked at the scaffolding. Then, as if chasing a kite, he ran forward along the foot of the wall with his head held high, until he ran under the scaffold where Wenqinzuo worked.

Luca: (Continues screaming happily) The notice to move is here! Mom hopes to be able to do it this time... will you come back?

Wen Qinzuo stretched out his head from the scaffolding and pulled a rope with both hands for fear of falling.

Wen Qinzuo: I can't go back. You go to Rocco, do whatever you want...understand? Remember, just do what you should do. Don't miss the opportunity!

Refugee Shelter·Dusk

There is a wide corridor with a communal kitchen at the end. On both sides of the corridor are doors leading to each room, and each door is inhabited by a family. Next to the root of the wall is a large granite table with a row of electric stoves. Each house has a dedicated electric stove.

The management director led Rosalia to see her new home.

Director of Management: This electric stove is exclusively for you.

The management director turned the button to tell her how to use the electric stove. Then he showed her the drain basin of the food bowl. The housewives are busy in the kitchen. They were cooking lunch and looked at Rosalia with no particular interest. Whether in the kitchen or in this wide corridor, there are playing children everywhere.

Rocco paced back and forth in the corridor, observing the surroundings contentedly, and involuntarily looking at other people's rooms through the open doors. Then he walked towards his mother happily, trying to tell her his impression.

Rocco: (lowers his voice, excitedly) You didn't see it, here, over there. How beautiful is the furniture in the room down the corridor. The situation here is exactly the same as others told me. Living here can save a lot of money, and when the house is allocated, you can save a lot of money.

Rosalia: (to Luo Xi) The management director said that we should go to the office.

Rocco accompanied his mother along the large corridor. He was flustered.

Wen Qinzuo caught up with them.

Wen Qinzuo: He said that he wants you to go to the office.

Wenchinzo and Rosalia walked side by side in the porch, Rocco walked slightly ahead.

Rosalia: Go right now? Will you accompany us?

Wen Qinzuo: No, I want to find Gina Tower, maybe I can run into it. I want to tell her the good news.

Rosalia: (hostilely) Can you still forget her? I thought that you have become interested in another woman now.

Wen Qin Zuo: Me?

Rosalia: Didn't you lead her to our house. She even took my shawl away...

Wen Qinzuo: So, you are not against me fooling around with that woman... But do you know who she is? The policeman who lived with us told me all about her ins and outs. Whoosh. She is just...

The shouts of the children drowned out the words below Wenqinzuo. Rosalia looked at her son very embarrassedly. Wen Qinzuo walked to a door and opened it resolutely.

At the table sat a man and a twelve or thirteen-year-old girl, they were just eating. There was also a sick woman lying on the bed.

Wen Qinzuo closed the door immediately.

Wen Qinzuo: I went wrong. Where is our room?

Wen Qinzuo turned around and walked to a door next to the door that had just been opened by mistake.

Wen Qinzuo: (looking into the room) I'll be here soon!

A big room where Rosalia and her sons live temporarily. Quiro stood in the depths of the room, with the assistance of Rocco and Luca, pulling a rope with an old sheet hanging on it. They used this as a drapery to separate the room.

Kira: It would be great if we could get a room in the "Romida (Note 4) Project"... Then there would be three rooms, as well as a bathroom and a kitchen.

A woman with a baby stood by the door. She calmly observed the interior of the room and the new tenants carefully.

Chi Luo: We can rent out a room...

The story of Dongguan migrant workers entering the city, Simon is the protagonist. Orz, although he has doubts about the religious unconditional mercy represented by Roco, it seems to push the corrupted Simon and his sister to desperation, but it is more mourning, because of the religious nature. The parallelism makes the red context of the Communist Party of Italy more different levels in the establishment of various models. It is consistent with us to insist on the two foundations of workers and peasants not to give up. Encourage the younger brother to grow up and go back to build a new countryside. It’s not a very modern way of thinking about group portraits to antagonize the influence of urban and rural areas on people’s hearts. Female roles are also old-fashioned. If you are not a good wife and mother, you can only passively confront it. Now you have to let Nadia stab the man to death. Love, but this way you can't use him to show the brothers' position.

"I want to make a movie of five brothers, like the five fingers of one hand, they can be tightly held together" Dadi, Luo Ke, Hunruan, Wei Director, along with the dialogue with the film "real", export The completely different "reality" fits the formula of the master's course: obsessed with thematic form, the form is integrated into the content, and the feelings come first. Take Quentin as an example, starting from the essence of the film, communicating with the audience, and finally self-realization. The Rocco Brothers are the kind of classic epic where the peaks of theatrical performances gather. The multi-line characters are delicately intertwined, wonderful and profound, pointing directly to the motif of human beings and the earth; it reveals that the family brothers are actually the prototypes of gangster films, and a glimpse of the godfather, Martin's nude. Pasolini criticized that it is a second-rate new reality movie with Rooftop and Night of Cabelia. Those southerners who have relocated under the shacks on the outskirts of the city seem to be scars that the new reality keeps paying attention to but never dares to reproduce; However, Luo Ke's tears, Simon's depravity and guilt, angels and demons, South and Milan, maybe the movie must be retouched or expanded, but are there any new "shacks" that are still increasing today? Reality to remember?

    [hands Simone 100,000 lira]

Simone Parondi: Did the "Court of Brothers" decide that?

  • Ivo: Is your brother still pining for the motorized whore? Or does he aim higher now?
