Nice video

I like Gable very much. I have watched all his videos I can find. In "Rebellion", he does not have a classic moustache, but he has a smirk with oblique eyes, a rebellious spirit with a big hand, and when he kisses his lover. His decisiveness is enough to make me admire-he is really a man among men! The
film is compact and exciting. Although it is a long-term black and white film without any special effects, it makes me feel that many are now called "big productions." The film is far from comparable!
Although the film is based on real events, it is said to be against the facts, but I personally think that the beauty of the film is the key. If you want to understand the historical facts, of course you still have to read the history book. The freedom that the film advocates Peace and equality are still what we are pursuing today, so even if the dark side of the historical facts is deleted, it is understandable. I
highly recommend this drama and recall the handsome man!

A free state cannot be maintained by armed slaves. Of course, the most interesting thing is Hollywood's shaping of rebels, because once upon a time, that was also the cause of Americans themselves.

Wanted to give three stars, but barely four stars for Charles Laughton's performance

Mutiny on the Bounty quotes

  • Captain William Bligh: [in the boat] Casting me adrift 3,500 miles from a port of call. You're sending me to my doom, eh? Well, you're wrong, Christian! I'll take this boat as she floats to England, if I must! I'll live to see you, all of you, hanging from the highest yardarm in the British Fleet!

  • Lt. Fletcher Christian: There's something I want you to do.

    Byam: Gladly. What is it?

Lt. Fletcher Christian: One never knows what may happen on a voyage like this. If, for any reason, I don't return to England, I want you to see my parents.

Byam: Well, why shouldn't you return to England.

Lt. Fletcher Christian: Why? Because I can't stand this devil's work much longer. One day I'll forget this discipline and break his neck.

Byam: Wait until we're back in England. The Admiralty will save you the trouble.

Lt. Fletcher Christian: Well, in any case, I'd like you to see my parents.

Byam: Of course. Where do they live?

Lt. Fletcher Christian: In Cumberland at Maincordare. I've almost forgotten what the old place looks like. I haven't seen in ten years. But I do remember a tapestry in the hall with ships and islands on it. Perhaps that's what sent me off to sea. I don't know. In any case, I'd like you to see my home. If anything should happen, tell my father and mother that you knew me.

Byam: You can count on me.
