A movie that many people don't understand

The whole movie has a very strong sense of picture, every frame is very depressing, and you can feel the helplessness of the protagonist. The lack of emotion in the surrounding environment reflects the stronger emotions of the protagonists. In this society, everyone has facial paralysis, but we can truly feel the strong feelings between the two. This movie feels tailor-made for Xiao K, of course, the male protagonist's eyes are also very dramatic. Maybe two people are not true love, but human attraction. The plot begins to be plain, but not boring. A turning point began to occur in the middle, and they all had despair, and it was this beautiful relationship that kept them alive. The open ending surprised me, but the relationship does not look optimistic from any direction. Perhaps open ending is the best ending.

Use shallow focus to imitate "touch", use old-fashioned white clothes, gray walls, blue glass, Ambient+ classical music and cool to distorted color palettes (and very intuitively let the audience see the front and back changes of cool and warm colors) to create the so-called "frigidity" atmosphere. On the one hand, these tricks are indeed intuitive and effective, but on the other hand, it completely exposes the lack of the director's imagination. It is not uncommon for dystopian soft science fiction to eradicate dissidents that produce emotions. The shots are similar to Terrence Malik, with various white close-ups, large defocused apertures, hand-held photography, simple art design with white as the base, and an ear-sounding soundtrack. It doesn't look right how the sex scenes of a pull and a base look wrong.
