First of all, friends who haven't seen it yet, I highly recommend you to take a look. This is just a personal opinion. I downloaded this movie in Movie Paradise the day before yesterday and watched it for two nights. I feel a little bored when I see it halfway through. To tell the truth, the film's false and true pace will make you a little headache. You never understand what this movie is about. In the first 40 minutes or so, I personally divided the movie into three main lines: the life of the male protagonist and his wife; the life of the male protagonist and his junior; and the life of a mother and her mentally retarded son in the film. When you first saw it, it was difficult for you to connect them, but towards the end, the film told us the answer: the wife in the film imagined herself as the mother in the film under the shadow of her husband’s affair, and the mentally handicapped son was The husband, the mentally handicapped son in the film later liked a girl in the same class. Every day when he was together, his mother couldn't pull it apart. Both were deeply infatuated with each other, and this girl was the third in the film. The wife imagined that the mother in the film watched her son stay with this girl every day, and felt that this was delaying her son's future. So one day, the wife tied her son to the bed and told him: You will never see each other again.
But in fact, deep down in my heart, the wife wanted to let it go, so the last climax of the film appeared: the wife came to her husband’s house and hugged her husband and the mistress, crying, as if the three parties had understood each other. Let go of the past. At the same time, after the wife's fantasy mother untied her son, she drove the car with her son and the girl all the way along the country road, and finally violently crashed into an oncoming vehicle. All of this overlaps and entangles constantly, and it seems to have told us the ending and the truth. At the end of the film, it also seemed to be beautiful. The wife appeared at the husband’s wedding with the mistress and looked at them with a silent smile. Everyone seemed to be in a good mood...
But who knows, the director actually set a trap for us! It gave us the illusion that "this ending is pretty good". Virtual reality is repeated, the three main lines are constantly switching, and you have been bypassed. The director or screenwriter actually announced the answer at the last minute of the ending song. Everyone must remember that a scene recurring in the film: a blue sky with white clouds floating, a white line slowly advancing, and a hot sun. All of this is for a reason. At the beginning, the husband left his wife and got on a plane. This clue is also meaningful! It is true that the wife imagines that she is the mother of a mentally retarded child, but it is far more than that! This is actually just a fantasy in a fantasy. The whole story, the husband’s affair, Xiao San’s sexy body, the conversation between the husband and the psychiatrist, the tearful hug between himself and his husband, all of this is actually a fantasy! ! Following the white line drawn by the plane in the blue sky in the ending song, the 0.1 second explosion of this white line exposes the truth to us.
It was also when I saw this that I realized it suddenly. At the same time, I also shed tears. It turned out that the heroine’s husband had died in a plane crash. Through this series of fantasy, the heroine did finally get out of the haze, but when The truth is so real before you, you realize that this is not a happy story, it is a tragedy, and even makes people shudder and feel terrible. Thanks also to the director for giving me such an experience. Really ingenious! Very exciting. I was not interested in seeing it for 30 minutes, but I had a strong emotional response in the end.
