Before watching it, I had never heard of this film, so much so that I ridiculed my brother's strong recommendation. It seems that I am too ignorant.
At the first glance, the first few shots, I really had nothing to say. Although the scene of jumping off the cliff made me want to laugh, the overly shocking music and the smell of history made me quiet. Peoples with historical accumulations are often daunting.
I like their eyes. Whether it is first encounter, love, to struggle, to murder. Their eyes are so persistent that they can't be added. I also like Heishanwan. It feels like being stared at all over the body. It's definitely not handsome or something, it's the kind of eyes and taste that match the name perfectly. Kananosuke's killing on the moonlit night may be the least bloody and helpless killing I have ever seen. I feel his unwillingness and helplessness.
I will bookmark this movie, even though I may never revisit it again. That kind of cold faith and loyalty accompanied by light music, obliterated their love and greatness. How many dreams have been destroyed
