Watched "Wild Goose" many times. I am not very interested in African politics. I admire a bunch of stars in the film. The three most dazzling British "3Rs". Roger's role is not as important as the other two. The original understanding of Richard Harris came from, The Cassandra Bridge was simply too cool. There was no such thing as being "handsome" at that time. Richard Burton played Colonel Faulkner, and he almost became my idol at the time: To an enemy, be like Colonel Faulkner. Just like never being soft-hearted, talking nonsense, and shooting him.
