war

Triumphant, conceited, and superior, Chenxiong was a typical militarist Class A war criminal when he saw Jun Zhi for the first time since he was a child until he was captured by the Soviet army. This kind of person's final temperament change is really hard to understand. He should have committed suicide with a sense of honor of the Great Japanese Empire.
Joon-sik has always been peaceful, except when he was young, he appeared to be rebellious. This kind of peace of life without knowing where is even some overcorrection. It happened to form a strong sense of conflict with Tatsuo's extremely violent temperament.
The two served as Japanese soldiers, Soviet soldiers together, and German soldiers together. Chenxiong's character is used to develop the plot, and he is constantly changing; while Joon-sik's character is used to show the theme, no matter what I do, no matter who I do, I have only one purpose, to go home alive. Unlike most domestically produced anti-Japanese films with the main theme, there is no such thing as "It doesn't matter if you behead your head, as long as the doctrine is true." Beheading is important, and going home is the most important.
Chenxiong made his first appearance as an admiral, and forced the captain who had ordered the withdrawal of troops to cut his belly, and personally introduced the mistake, and he did not hesitate to lift the knife and drop it. After various hard-line policies, until the Soviet army attacked, he shot and killed the fugitive. A person with such a personality would rather bend than bend. It is hard to imagine that he would put on a Soviet military uniform just because he was shot at the fingertips.
After Joon-sik escaped from the Japanese military camp, he ran back to deliver the letter because he saw the Soviet attack. Of course, it wasn't necessarily to save Chenxiong, but it could also be to save hundreds of Korean compatriots. But for an ordinary person, it is unbelievable to be able to escape from such a place and then take the initiative to go back.
Zotye reminds me of Zhang Dongjian in "Floating Tai Chi Flag", but it is more real. Because he didn't lose himself, he just wanted to live better, he was the true portrayal of the spirit devastated by the war. Whether it is like Chenxiong who was originally violent, and after experiencing humiliation, he has fully realized and transformed into a perfect personality; or like Junzhi has always been gentle, and does not change his nature even if the environment is bad. They are all too idealistic because of the protagonist's halo. However, Zotye rescued Jun Zhi who was about to be executed twice during the Japanese and Soviet army, and pressed Jun Zhi before his death in the battle with the German army so that he could escape. He has always been kind, and the seemingly bad things he did are actually to minimize the damage.
The scene of the movie is very grand. Due to the constantly changing background, it is in Korea, in the Japanese army, in the Soviet army, and in the German army. With different backgrounds, the identities and status of the two people will continue to change, so the dramatic conflict is also constantly changing. The climax progress is very hierarchical.
This is a relatively good war movie I have watched recently. War is more about torturing human nature. War is always ugly. There is no such thing as a just war. It is a press release, not a battlefield where the bayonet is popular.

The story span is a bit large, from China to Russia to Normandy, the scene is well portrayed, and it feels like a Tai Chi flag fluttering. It is in Korean. I only understand many languages. Fan Ye can smell it with soy sauce, and the others are good. , Very real and touching
