The Sun Also Rises

The second time I watched this movie, I chose a Chinese dubbed version so that my parents could watch it together. In fact, the quality of the Chinese dubbing version is not very good, there are too many cuts, although there are some dialects interspersed, but the expression of feelings is still a bit unsatisfactory. The original dubbing from years ago was much better, but that's a digression.

When I watched it for the second time, it was even more interesting to find that the screenwriter had a lot of careful thoughts. A lot of dark wires are inserted. For example, from the beginning, the old lady arranged the final ending for the two of them. Mentioned from the beginning, the ending sentence of the old man and the sea, and finally the old man fell asleep. Before the plot, it was said that we just went to a distant place once and so on, and the details were arranged and finally their results were arranged. Compared with the first time I watched it, I was looking forward to their return from travel, but I was emotionally impacted by the ending of the last two people. The second time I can watch the film more rationally.

The fun in the plot is to make people conjecture. In the end, the old man is really Alzheimer's, so ella pretended to be lily and told her everything that happened before. Or is it because I want to be forgiven before my life is over. I thought about the latter, the old man finished speaking, got out of the car, and deliberately opened the door to change the scene, as if he had been frustrated before. He also knew that Ella would definitely forgive him. In fact, if you love someone deeply, how can you not know that his heart is gone. Even for a while. Ella also said in the play, "When I was pregnant in July, you came back to take a bath with me. I felt that you were back. I chose to forgive before I knew anything." Entered the nursing home and picked it up again. The two released their suspicions.

The old lady also had a story of her first love, and the old man also thought about it in her heart. Dressed neatly forcing ella to find dan. There is a kind of declaration of sovereignty, and it is still necessary to win back decently in front of a rival in love. For the rest of my life, I don't understand why my wife buys boxer briefs for me, but I like to wear briefs. Confused for a lifetime, I can only think that my wife's first love must love to wear boxer underwear. Logic is fine. Unexpectedly, after waiting for decades to say whether you are wearing boxer briefs or briefs, Dan said I must wear diapers, you two white people get out of here. At that moment, the doubts in my heart for so many years were finally put down. How about, I still have a neat beard, a suit and leather shoes, and you are sitting in a wheelchair and wearing a diaper with a sense of victory.

It's so cute. When people get old, they may return to their childhood. Money, fame and fortune are already behind them. What counts is that sincerity and affection.

The old lady would drink a glass of whiskey when she was emotional. It was Hemingway's favorite, and it should be a habit brought to him by the old man. A person who has loved Hemingway all his life should have the shadow of Hemingway in every life. It's not for the sake of flirting with girls, so he hung up on Hemingway. However, it's hard to say whether it's because of this that she got her blond beautiful wife.

I don't want to use the big truth here like a Chinese movie. The two old actors acted naturally without being explicit. Just enjoy the movie and it's over. There are many details in the movie to pay tribute to Hemingway,

Summarize it with a quote from "The Sun Also Rises". "I can't stand the thought of life passing by so quickly and I haven't really lived it."

Thinking of how quickly life goes by, I can travel with other people to see the scenery, but it would be a pity if the person beside you wasn't you.
