Instead of becoming a cat and enjoying other people's likes, it is better to be a person who dares to face it

On the evening of June 18, after waiting for almost half a year, the animated film "I Wanna Cry I Put on a Cat Mask" (also called "Infinite") finally met you online.

This is a brand-new animated film to meet you after half a year after the movie "Violet Evergarden: Forever and the Automata Doll".

"Want to Cry, I Put on a Cat's Mask" was produced by the producer who once produced "Penguin Highway", and the screenwriter was the well-known Okama (Kari Okada). From the lineup, it shouldn't be a problem.

Indeed, in terms of actual perception, especially after watching it for the first time, I personally think this is a fairly good healing pure love film.

First of all: I didn't have any input to watch this film. As for the comparison, I will do the comparison after watching it.

In terms of the plot setting, the heroine Miyo (nicknamed "Infinite") likes the male protagonist Hinode very much, but after all, she likes it too much. Hinode doesn't particularly like Miyo, and of course it's not annoying. However, after Miyo used the mask that Elvis sold her at the temple fair and turned it into a cute "Taro", Hinode had no resistance to it, and expressed her inner thoughts and difficulties to "Miyo", but Whether Miyo is a cat or not, she can't do anything about Hinode's...

Miyo later wrote a letter to Hinode, but the naughty classmates snatched the letter and read it in front of the whole class. Although the content of the letter should be sincere, but since it was read in front of the whole class, Hinode naturally... Miyo later turned into a cat and ran out. A hard journey of heart.

However, the Elvis who sold the mask to Miyo had his own abacus. Miyo never thought that Elvis sold his humanoid mask to Miyo's yellow rice grains. In fact, Elvis wanted to get half of Miyo's life through this transaction (profiteering stone hammer). Fortunately, Huang Mi Rei learned about his stepmother's feelings for Huang Mi Rei in the conversation with Miyo's stepmother. Then he went to the source of Hino to tell him what happened, and began the tense plot of rescuing Miyo...

In the alternation of cats and people, Miyo gradually realized that she has to be brave. It is inappropriate to choose to escape or just enjoy it unilaterally. It is the best choice to speak out boldly. Of course, the ending also got his wish, Miyo and Hinode joined hands...

It is true that the last episode of rescuing Miyo is similar to Shinkai's film "Weathering With You", but the two films are not the same type of film. "Infinite" is a typical pure love healing system. The main line of the film's narrative is prominent and the plot is compact. The turning points seem a bit abrupt but it is very peaceful; and the plot setting is actually a standard pure love setting, because the film has already told We Miyo have always liked Hinode, and it is precisely because Miyo does all kinds of unrealistic infinite fantasies every day (in the play, he often dreams and Hinode kisses me~) and gets the nickname "Infinite".

The style of painting is also the consistent style of Japanese animation films. Since it is the producer of "Penguin Highway", the style of painting can definitely be assured. It's just that I don't feel very good about the music. I think the ending song is the best, but the film still gives me a single BGM like "If I Can Ride the Waves with You".

The biggest problem should be the translation. It should be that the introduction process did not go through China Film. It is debatable that there are many translations of subtitles. Of course, it is not imported and translated by China Film, so it is understandable to have such a problem, but if you want to do it for a long time, you must pay attention to these details in the future. The quality of the translation of the subtitles directly affects the look and feel of the film.

Of course, as a healing movie, its healing effect is qualified, the plot is very tearful, and of course the ending is good.

Personally, I finally gave it 8 points and 4 stars; if the BGM can be richer and the subtitle translation is better, it would be very good.

When watching a movie, the key is to watch it without substitution. If you want to compare it, you can talk about it after you have finished watching it and understood it thoroughly. Similar to Weathering With You when it came out, this is a good animated movie to watch without any presets. This is especially true for those of you who watch a lot of movies.
