The story of the film comes from the incident experienced by director Samuel Maoz and his daughter. Samuel Maotz drove his daughter to school every day because her daughter never got up on time, a bad habit that broke Samuel Maotz's heart. Samuel Maotz told his daughter that she should take the bus to school like everyone else. One day, his daughter took the No. 5 bus to school. Half an hour later, Samuel Maoz heard that a terrorist had set himself on fire in the No. 5 bus. More than a dozen people lost their lives in the incident. Samuel Maotz called his daughter, but the phone server was down because of the war. After an hour, fortunately, her daughter returned home. She missed the bus because she missed the bus. Such a dangerous experience inspired Samuel Maotz's creative insights.
