As night fell, veteran detective Zhong Wen (Jackie Chan) received a call from his daughter Miao Miao (Jing Tian), who had been away from home for a long time. He secretly came to Wu Bar, which was celebrating its third anniversary, on time with joy. Wu Jiang (played by Liu Ye), the owner of the Wu Bar, welcomed him warmly, but Zhong Wen was unhappy with the weird and misty sight in the bar. Later, Miao Miao arrived. Seeing her rebellious daughter with tattoos and dyed hair, Zhong Wen tried his best to communicate with her daughter with Yan Yuese, but when she learned that Wu Jiang was her daughter's boyfriend, he lost his temper. At this moment, a migrant worker entered the arena with a bomb in order to ask for wages. Zhong Wen made an extraordinary move to resolve the dispute, but it didn't take long for him to be stunned with a baseball bat.

This is not an action movie, this is a gossip movie; this is not a police story, the correct title should be Bar Psycho; and don't use the previous series of police stories as a gimmick. Produced by Jackie Chan, it must be a lousy film, add one star to Jing Tian and Yu Rongguang
