Once the host fever infects the host, the host needs to continue to infect others and eat away the carrion of others to fill in the skin tissues and organs that have been peeled off on their own body. The two people in hand-to-hand combat are like clay-animated villains, roasting in the dark sun of the island, melting and decayed, tearing each other's bones and skin to fill their own bodies.
