Watch "Pirates of the Caribbean: Gathering Soul Coffin" again

First of all, Johnny Depp is still handsome.

I recently watched the Pirates of the Caribbean again suddenly, and the whole story in the second part will be more mysterious. The undead captain David Jones of the "Flying Dutchman" put his heart in the soul gathering coffin, and all three people want it. Control Jones:

1. Jack Sparrow, because of his debt to Jones, wants to get rid of Jones's control;

2. Wiltner originally wanted to help Jack, and later to save his father from Jones' control;

3. The East India Company wants to get Jones Heart to control the entire sea

As Elizabeth said, Jack is a good person, and all he expects is freedom; and as Jack said, Elizabeth and him are the same kind of people, Elizabeth is a longing for freedom in her bones, and she is also free to choose a lover.

But I can't accept the relationship line with Jack, and I can't accept Jones' slime.

I don’t know what I said indiscriminately, then I look at the next few movies

    Many movies were ruined on 2, in fact, this one was not immune... The special effects were over-exaggerated, the plot was completely weakened, and there were some changes in Jack's character without explaining the causes and consequences. The foreshadowing for 3 at the end is too deliberate. Also, I don't like movies where the villain and the villain's weapon look the same...

    Never offend a woman

Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Man's Chest quotes

  • Gibbs: Captain, I think the crew, meaning me as well, were expecting something a bit more... shiny. What with the Isle de Muerta going all pear-shaped, reclaimed by the sea and the treasure with it.

    Leech: And the Royal Navy chasing us all around the Atlantic.

    Marty: And the hurricane.

  • 'Bootstrap' Bill Turner: It was always in my blood to die at sea, but it was not a fate I ever wanted for you.

    Will Turner: It was not a fate you had to choose for yourself, either.

    'Bootstrap' Bill Turner: I could say I did what I had to when I left you to go pirating, but it would taste a lie to say it wasn't what I wanted. You owe me nothing.

    Will Turner: They'll know you helped me.

    'Bootstrap' Bill Turner: [laughs cynically] What more can they do to me?

    Will Turner: This is a promise. I'll find a way to sever Jones' hold on you, and not rest until my blade pierces his heat. I will not abandon you. I promise.
