Romantic comedy

It’s been a long time since I wrote a film review, because I can’t get used to a lot of people who didn’t understand the film and still make irresponsible comments on your film review. But as the movie I was most looking forward to last year, with the mentality of keeping the best until the end, I definitely finished watching it with a biased mood. Finally, I had the urge to throw something on the screen. Therefore, if you have a slot, you must write it down.

As a loyal fan of David Fincher who has read the original book (love it) and the Swedish version (okay), I definitely did not watch this movie with a fault-finding mentality. I have always felt that "loyalty to the original" is nothing but bullshit. People who use so much money to invest, definitely have the power to make what they want to make. If you don't look at that, that's the power of the audience. Each decoding is an encoding, and each encoding is also a decoding. A hundred people have a hundred Hamlet in their hearts. Therefore, the so-called loyalty to the original works simply does not exist, and it should not be a requirement for film evaluation.

Okay, I'm done excusing myself, and then I start to complain.

The protagonist of the novel and the Swedish version, needless to say, can be seen by the name, is a girl with a dragon tattoo, when it comes to the American version, it is naturally changed to an uncle who has been a 007. Of course it is obvious who can take up a play, but This change of focus has caused a huge difference between the US version and the previous two.

The Salander in the Swedish version is not pretty, but the temperament is absolutely super cool, the behavior is definitely pure man, don't engage in the little girl's feelings. The most unbearable thing for me is the US version. At the end, Salander went to find a little detective, talked to him about his plan, and expressed the hope that he would help him, ———— You must know that the original obscurity was all settled behind you. Cool is a kind of handsome spirit. When the little detective sees a glimpse (and so beautiful) in the surveillance video, he will be shocked and moved to wait to sit down and pee (no). And in the end, Salander went to talk to the little detective, hey, director, you just ask them to exchange gifts under the Christmas tree and then kiss under the mistletoe! ! ! The kind of awkward and cute personality that I bought a gift for you, think about it, and throw it in the trash can. The awkward and cute personality of the old man or something that doesn't suit me has become the set of the little girl who lacks love, ———— so take it How are you going to play the next two movies together? Ok?

Another unsatisfactory place is where Hailey went. The overall atmosphere of the Swedish version has always been very cold. The only feminine and slightly warmer part is the passage of Hailey in the memory. The actor also looks for it very well, with long blond hair and beautiful eyes. Even in the black and white photos, it still exudes charm, and The impression left by that key photo is very deep, just like the main melody in the music has been repeatedly emphasized, and Hailey's softness and Salander's coldness have also created a very strong visual contrast. I don’t want to talk about the American version of Hailey. Attacking people’s looks is a dishonest behavior. I just want to say that Hailey, who has a very masculine posture, has been weakened by the key photos of her presence, and she is completely unable to give people. Leaving any impression, her beautiful eyes disappeared, the only thing she remembered was the weird posture of Hailie hunched up the stairs.

The place where the Swedish version finally found Hayley was Australia. The abundant sunshine and golden tones were completely different from the cold northern Europe (I don’t think Hailey would want to stay in London, the weather in that ghost place was not so good). The hurting weak blonde girl has become the strong hostess of the farm, please, this plot setting is not without reason! ! ! In addition to the beauty of repeated contrast between the atmosphere and the characters, the theme of women's strength that has been emphasized in the novel has also been repeatedly strengthened. I know that if the ending is not changed, you may have watched the novel or the last movie. It is boring to watch the same plot again, but if you change it like this, the artistic conception will disappear.

There are so many things I want to complain about in the middle, but I can't explain them one by one.
The Swedish version is actually not very long, only 3 hours, and the US version is not too short, 2 hours and 38 minutes. Although the Swedish version is only more than 20 minutes long, the content and details are explained more clearly than the American version. I have no way to compare the specifics. After all, I only slapped the novel once, and the movie was also watched earlier, which was a bit vague. What is more impressive is the description of several past cases. The US version is simplified to only a few sentences and a few photos. There are also economic cases that are heavily written in the novel. Although the Swedish version is simplified, there are still writings. Almost all of the editions have been deleted, and even the name "Millennium" was only said at the end (also called the "Fart Millennium Trilogy"). It seemed that it was only taken in a shot before. I really doubt that if you have not watched the book or the Swedish version of the movie, would the audience who watched the US version for the first time fully understand the plot? A lot of the content is explained in the dialogue, there is no picture stimulation, how can you stay impression?

The US version enhances the uncomfortable bed scene. The scene where Salander was raped originally was violent, but this time it was pornographic. The guardian uncle looks like Jack Black. It doesn't look like a pervert at all, but rather like a university president. (Uncle Sweden, I’m sorry, you’re so perverted and you feel creepy when you look at it). Salander and the little detective several times, especially once the little detective was still thinking about things, making it like a light comedy of love. Rooney's body is very beautiful, so the taste of eroticism in the movie is stronger, and Laomi is really unattractive, so it is even more violent in the filming.

In the end, the scene in which the little detective was beaten up was also deleted (I said you weren't hurt and you were still lying on the bed pretending to be awkward). Before chasing out, Salander asked the little detective, can I kill him? ————Is this still Salander? Which nerve did she ask that way when she got it wrong? The original unrestrained violence has been deleted and deleted, so the theme is weak and weak.

The actor's personality has also undergone subtle changes. The little detective in the book and the little detective in the movie are still a bit weak male (especially compared to Salander), with a little indecisive personality, especially entangled in the relationship with women, and they are easily coaxed into bed, and they are a little bit careless. Personality. Not a perfect man, but a good old man, with a very human nature and obvious personality. Craig's version of the old cloth is still so cold. Although it is a little cute, it is definitely not soft. It is very protagonist, but it weakens Salander's image.

Anyway, it’s okay to adapt it at will, but it’s purposeful. The characters in David Fincher's previous movies are super distinctive, so they are very beautiful. When the characters in the original book were super distinctive, they were weakened in the movie. The original novel with strong social criticism was changed into a literary and artistic romance (sorry I didn’t see the suspense, the plot was too familiar The movie is too thick), the coolest thing is the movie title, which really made me look forward to it in vain. Probably my expectations were too high. Before watching the Swedish version, I felt that it was warmer. I wanted to see cooler, colder and darker plots and characters, but I was blown away to disappointment.

The most memorable plot
: The Swedish version: The scary eyes in the photo of Hayley. The
American version: The little detective got lost in the sex scene of the two of them, thinking about the case.

This is the difference.
