Although the whole movie is slightly procrastinated, the director's skill in storytelling is admirable. In the whole movie, basically every shot has its rationality. Each shot conveys enough information and ensures the continuity of the story.
After talking about the movie, let's talk about my viewing process. Because my heart is not strong enough, I have been resisting similar heart-abuse movies. Seeing how many times I want to stop in the middle, I feel the same as when I watched "Eighteen Spring". But the wife insisted on watching, half-death was scared by the snake halfway through. By the end, her heart could not be calm, and she yelled a few words with her.
Well, director and screenwriter, you guys won. You are a well-deserved event when it comes to creating uncomfortable experiences.
