Twelve years as a slave

There are no lack of heavy and touching good stories under the black slavery system. This story, which is based on real characters, is undoubtedly a good subject. But what I think of is another TV about black slaves I watched when I was a child, and I didn’t know the movie. It impressed me more deeply and heavier. Strong visual impact. In this play, the director may wish to show the contradictions and versatility of the characters of the various classes of slavery in many ways, but it feels a bit scattered. There is also a slight lack of portrayal of the protagonist's psychological changes in the past twelve years, and there is a slight lack of continuity between the restoration of the identity of the free man at the end.

Freeman: Always from you, Mr. Ford.
