They were friends for a long time, and the gangster played by Al Pacino took the undercover Johnny Depp as his son, defended him in all aspects, and placed hope that he could not achieve.
The film is very delicate and touching. At that time, there was no "Infernal Affairs" or those later undercover gangster films. They were different. "The Faithful Traitor" is far better than them in terms of characters and inner emotions. It is a good film. . It's a pity it's so old, I can't remember it, but since then, I met Johnny Depp, and when I saw Edward Scissorhands later, I could hardly recognize it was him, pure child.
