a boy

I think when I watch this movie, the focus is on single parent families.
It is purely out of curiosity to see what the state of single-parent children in other people's homes is like.
The male protagonist's British accent has always been liked very much, and he also has the eyes that want to talk, and he looks very frank.
Single-parent children are different from others, so they have a somewhat unique perspective on things, but this does not prevent them from understanding the world. The big problem is speed, depth, and perspective. I don’t think it’s anything. Interesting with different talents.
Every experience is a gift. Only when you are good at summarizing and learning, realize that you are different from others, and then use your life to protect and defend this difference, this is yourself.
It may take me a long time to trust someone, but in the process, I found myself, and that was enough.

Looking at the film that is quite comfortable, a boring man with nothing to do meets a lonely and smart little boy, and in the end it becomes a year-end friend who has similar tastes~ I didn't expect that there is also Sister Rachel in the film, surprise~

The plot is not as bad as I imagined, which is good. When Nicholas was a child, he really... won the old saying, what was ugly as a child grew up beautiful. Hugh Grant is a gentleman, anyway. I always felt that Notting Hill fixed his image, and in fact he is, gentleman, special. Every character has his own shadow.

About a Boy quotes

  • Marcus: After a few visits, Will seemed to think he had to ask me serious questions, when I knew he really wanted to watch Xena Warrior princess.

  • Will: So... Hows it going at home then?

Marcus: Me and my mum? She's alright thanks.

    Will: I mean... Y'know.

Marcus: Yeah I know. Nah, nothing like that.

Will: It still bother you then?

    Marcus: Does it bother me...

Marcus: [Voice over] Every single day. That's why I come here instead of going home.

Marcus: Yeah. When I think about it.

    Will: ...Fucking hell.

Marcus: [Voice over] I didn't know why he swore like that, but it made me feel better. It made me feel like it wasn't being pathetic to get so scared.
