I have to write a short analysis of cinematography every week in my film class. I think the cinematography of this film is particularly awesome, so I wrote a long article

Road to Perdition is one of the best film I've watched in terms of cinematography with its amazing composition, subtle lighting and various techniques. Without further ado, I will start analysis some of the scenes in the film.
We are presented many different compositions right away in the first 2 minutes of film (note I will sometimes group different scenes based on their characteristics, so they may not be in time sequence) :

too lazy to repeat the texture, look here: http://blog.renren.com/blog/bp/Q7uge_QFqg
