Passing work

I want to portray JACK as a handsome veteran who possesses Sherlock Holmes's wisdom 007.
The speed show melee is indispensable. But in the final stage, in order to highlight the fighting scene, JACK deliberately dropped the gun and started a hand-to-hand fight with the killer. It was a failure. Is it possible that the purpose of coming desperately is not to rescue the heroine, but to learn martial arts. The killer was portrayed as an invincible shooting genius, but in the end it was too easy for the killer to surrender his gun, a bit anticlimactic.
JACK's reasoning about the relationship between the two victims' "lover" is still the highlight of the film, which helps him portray the image of a detective, otherwise it would really only be regarded as a pure action film. The whole film is a pass.

Jack Reacher quotes

  • Rodin: So... how do we find this Reacher?

Emerson: Obviously, you don't find this guy unless he wants to be found.

Secretary: [Knocks and enters the room] Excuse me, sir. There's a Jack Reacher here to see you.

  • Helen: So why are you so hard to find?

Jack Reacher: I'm impossible to find.

    Helen: Why is that?

Jack Reacher: Well, you could say it started out as an exercise and became an addiction.

Helen: Are you on the run?

Jack Reacher: [beat] My bus is leaving. You better hurry, counsellor.

Helen: How do you know James Barr?

Jack Reacher: Why are you representing him?

    Helen: I'm a lawyer.

Jack Reacher: So is a public defender, with just as much a chance as clearing Barr.

Helen: I am not trying to clear him, I am just trying to keep him off death row.

Jack Reacher: By proving he's insane?

    Helen: Well, that's one option.
