This is the 11th day of Sonam Dajie entering Hoh Xil for the 12th time. In August 1994, Yang Xin, who was exploring the source of the Yangtze River, was inspired by Sonam Dajie and transformed from an explorer and photographer into an environmentalist. He and many volunteers worked in various ways, and in 1997 built a frontier anti-poaching position in Hoh Xil - Sonam Dajie Nature Reserve.
