Put aside the split personality formula to see the plot

To be honest, when I watched this movie, I started to think it was an old-fashioned split personality or a split-like personality story. But thinking about it, it seems that as long as you encounter a slightly chaotic plot or timeline now, the entire storyline will be defined as a split personality without thinking. So, if you put aside this mindset, what will happen to the plot?

1. Adam is right-handed and Anthony is left-handed, if anyone notices, you can see the reflection in the mirror after Adam records the credits and Anthony gets the call. But strangely, the notes were the same for both left-handed and right-handed people. This violates a common sense of split personality, that is, the appearance of the sub-personality is to protect the main personality. If the main and sub-personality is right-handed and left-handed, but the handwriting is exactly the same, what kind of protection can it play? ?

2. The ring mark is another key. According to the split personality wheel, Adam is a sub-personality, and his birth was after Anthony. In this way, Adam should always have a ring mark on his right ring finger. However, when Adam came on, it didn't appear on the right hand, but Anthony did. No matter how miraculously the primary and secondary personalities change, some characteristics cannot be changed. That's why they have the same scar on their lower abdomen that would be the best basis for a split personality theory, but where did the ring mark go instead? A scar can make a coincidental complete resemblance, but a ring mark can't be a coincidence that one personality has and one personality doesn't.

3. When Helen went to Adam, Adam had a class. There were many "Chaos" and one "Oeder" written on the blackboard, and this "Order" was surrounded by countless "Chaos". My personal understanding is that what this blackboard wants to allude to is the chaotic order that exists in a completely chaotic worldview, that is, any coincidence is reasonable and only coincidence is reasonable.

4. For Anthony received a call from Adam and recorded his name, many people interpreted it as proof that Anthony and Mary were having an affair. But it's not actually, I just want to give a detail here, Anthony is not an honest person, and he will follow Mary and propose to change his wife and take the opportunity to get on Mary's bed to pave the way. And only in this way can Adam finally replace Anthony and enter a new life.

5. The two short dialogues about Adam and his mother are actually reversed. The first dialogue should be on the show when his mother tells him that he is her only son and that he shouldn't dislike blueberries. The second dialogue was at the beginning of the film. After Adam replaced Anthony, his mother expressed concern for him, because in the first dialogue, his mother had already stated that Adam was not expected to be a third-rate actor, and should go to history with peace of mind teacher.

6. The reason why Helen recognizes Adam at the end is mainly because Adam said that Helen is a six-month pregnant woman. From the whole plot, there is no account of how old Helen is pregnant, but in fact, looking at the size of Helen's belly, it is basically close to giving birth. So it can be concluded that when Helen answered Adam at first, it was just a casual statement, but Adam believed it to be true. When it comes to the wife-swapping plot, of course, A cannabis doesn't know the truth and it's revealed all at once, and Helen naturally discovers the other party's true identity.

7. Many people think that Anthony likes to eat blueberries. In fact, he said at the beginning that blueberries are used for filming, and they can only be organic blueberries, not GMO's. Therefore, there is no change in the preference for blueberries due to split personality.

8. Regarding Anthony's failure to go to the economic company for half a year, many people said that it was because of Anthony's car accident and Helen's pregnancy for the past six months. But there is actually a problem here. When Helen first met Adam, Anthony was still there, or if he had to say split personality, the personality was still there, so it should all happen in the wife swap and the before the car accident. So, where did the so-called scar on his body from the car accident come from? If it was after the car accident, where did Anthony's personality come from?

9. The entire timeline is problematic. As I said earlier, the dialogue between Adam and his mother at the beginning of the film is actually the second dialogue, and the first dialogue in the middle of the play. In other words, the title is actually the ending, and the best evidence is the key. According to the building manager, he had no keys, so there was no way to go to the strip club any more, the only way was for Anthony to take him there. And in the opening, only Adam (who has replaced Anthony) took the key, and the building manager just followed, so the opening is the real ending. And the reason his mother talks about his new apartment, his new life, echoes the first conversation in the film when his mother mentions that he has a nice apartment, a bad woman, and a suitable job.

10. I personally think that the real Anthony died in the crash, so my whole theory makes sense. The final replacement for the confusion of identity should undoubtedly be the order in the chaos. Adam replaced Anthony, but Helen found comfort in the gentle and caring Adam, so when he found out that the other party was Adam, he did not expose it, but slept in beside him. As for Adam's sorry, it wasn't to Helen, but to Mary, because he had realized that he eventually got Mary into this mess because of his cowardice. The guilt and self-blame kept him awake and in tears, and Helen saw that and had sex with him while she was pregnant.

11. As for the spider at the end, I'll just go with the flow here. No matter what the spider represents, I can't escape the word lust anyway. There is nothing more than a dark pen here, and the replacement of identity will eventually transform Adam into another Anthony. Then back to the beginning, and sure enough, Adam took the building manager to the strip club, and the whole story immediately became logical.

PS. Another point that I have to complain about this work is that after Adam finished talking about Hegel, he even used Karl Marx's words to add it. Anyone who has really majored in philosophy in the West for a while will understand that Karl Marx is really not a top-ranked thinker. His only achievement is to create one of the biggest enemies of Western society...I don't understand that the screenwriter here is Want to be ironic, what do you mean, anyway, I personally think that even if I want to use it, I would rather use René Descartes, Nietzsche or Sigmund Freud or the like, which will make the whole plot a little more confusing.
